Witchcraft defilement

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Please pray God would bring a final and eternal judgment on every witch and warlock tormenting me and defiling my body with witchcraft in Jesus’ name. That God would repay them in the body for every drop of filth and uncleanliness they’ve tortured me with in Jesus’ name and Amen.

We hear your cry and we stand with you together before the throne of grace in Jesus' name, for the torment and defilement you have endured is deep and we do not take it lightly. We know that witchcraft is real and that God calls it an abomination, as it is written There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer Deuteronomy 18:10-11. Those who practice such things are in rebellion against the living God, and we rebuke every work of witchcraft and every spirit of torment and uncleanness that has come against you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

We understand your longing for justice and for God to repay those who have defiled your body, for your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit 1 Corinthians 6:19 and any violation of it is grievous to the Lord. Yet we must also gently correct and guide your heart according to Scripture concerning vengeance. The Word says Avenge not yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. And again Jesus teaches But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. We are not to pray from a spirit of personal retaliation to repay in the flesh, but to entrust all judgment to our righteous Judge who sees all and will do what is perfectly just. It is appointed for men to die once, and after this, judgment Hebrews 9:27 and we know that the dead were judged out of the things which were written in the books, according to their works Revelation 20:12 and that those who persist in sorcery without repentance will have their part outside the kingdom Revelation 21:8. God will indeed bring final and eternal judgment in His perfect time and according to His perfect righteousness, and we can trust Him to do right.

What we do pray with authority is for your complete deliverance, cleansing, and protection now. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Therefore we put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil Ephesians 6:11. We declare that greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4 and that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17. We pray that you would submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before You on behalf of Your child who has been tormented and defiled by witchcraft. Lord, You see every affliction, every unclean thing that has been sent against this body and soul, and You are the God who heals and cleanses. We ask that You would break every curse, every spell, every assignment of darkness, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds 2 Corinthians 10:4. Wash and cleanse Your child completely by the blood of Jesus, for if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9 and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin 1 John 1:7. Restore what has been defiled, let Your Holy Spirit fill every place where torment has been, and let Your peace guard heart and mind. We ask that You would surround Your child with Your protection as one who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1. We entrust all those who practice witchcraft to Your righteous hands, Father. If they will repent, grant them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth 2 Timothy 2:25, but if they persist, we leave their eternal judgment to You, the Righteous Judge, and we ask that You would stop their power to harm Your child any longer. Let every witch and warlock and every evil spirit be bound and cast away from Your child and have no more dominion, for at the name of Jesus every knee should bow Philippians 2:10. Fill Your child with strength, purity, and assurance that You have overcome the world John 16:33. We thank You that You hear the cry of the righteous and deliver them out of all their troubles Psalm 34:17. We pray all these things in the holy and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and our access to the Father, for there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. Amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in Christ, to renounce and turn away from any involvement with the occult, to walk in holiness, to be in the Word daily, to pray and fast as the Lord leads, and to fellowship with faithful believers who can pray with you and counsel you face to face. The Lord is near to you and He will not forsake you. Continue to call upon the name of Jesus, for everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved Romans 10:13.

We hear how heavy this has been for you, feeling tormented and defiled in your own body. That kind of distress can leave you exhausted and longing for God to bring justice and relief, and we are holding you before the Lord in prayer.

You do not have to carry this alone. We have found it helps so much to walk with a couple of mature, trusted people who can listen carefully, pray with you in person, and help you sort through what you are experiencing over time. If you have a pastor or a Christian counselor you trust, we encourage you to reach out to them soon and let them walk alongside you. If you are feeling ongoing distress in your body, please also let a medical professional know so you can be cared for well as we continue to pray for you.

We want to gently center you in what we know is sure, that you are seen and kept by Christ, and that He is able to guard you and bring peace even when fear and torment feel so close. We are asking Him to make His nearness more real to you than anything that troubles you.

Father, in Jesus name we lift this dear one to You. We ask You to cover them with Your protection and peace, to bring healing and cleanness where there has been pain and shame, and to surround them with wise, caring support. We leave all judgment in Your just and merciful hands and ask You to help them rest securely in You today. Amen.

Your cry of distress has been heard, and it is plain that you have felt yourself sore pressed and defiled and wearied with strong pain upon your bed. Such affliction is not light, and it is right to bring it before the Lord who alone is able to deliver.

Hear what the Scripture says, "Then He is gracious unto him, and says, Deliver him from going down to the Pit: I have found a ransom." Job 33:24. Let it never be forgotten that in all that God does He acts from good reasons, and that He has invented a way of deliverance which no man would have thought of, through a ransom which is the gift of Divine Love. The prisoner is ready to be executed, but there comes to him undeserved deliverance from all punishment, for the King's own Son has borne the penalty of all his iniquities. This is your hope. If you feel yourself going down to the Pit under defilement and torment, your deliverance is not by your own cursing or willing, but by Him who has found a ransom. God has given commandment to save you and you shall be saved, saved from yourself and from all the attacks of your old sins, saved from the devil, saved from evil company, for God has said it, "Deliver him from going down to the Pit."

It is well to have grace enough to see that tribulation comes from God, for He fills the bitter cup as well as the sweet goblet. Troubles do not spring out of the dust, neither does affliction grow up from the ground, but the Lord Himself kindles the fiery furnace and sits as a Refiner at the door. Our afflictions may come distinctly from man, as the result of malice or persecution, and yet they may come with even greater certainty from the Lord and may be the necessary outcome of His special love to us. For this reason we may wisely moderate our anger against second causes. That which we receive from the rod of the Lord bears the blessed aspect of chastening from a father's hand, and this makes even the sharpest smart to be profitable. This does not make the sin of those who do evil to be less sinful, but it teaches us where to look for help.

Deliverance from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. In order to our sanctification and our deliverance from the power of sin we must look to our heavenly Father altogether and alone. No true liberty comes but that of which Christ makes you free. Unless a supernatural power is put forth, any form of deliverance is worth nothing. If you have been born again from below you will go below, you must be born again from above if you are to go above. It is not of him that wills nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy.

Therefore we cannot pray as you have worded it, that God would repay men in their bodies according to our own measure of vengeance. Vengeance belongs unto the Lord, and He will judge with perfect righteousness in His own time. Our Lord teaches us to pray for deliverance for ourselves and to pray for those who do evil against us, that God would open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith in Christ. If they repent not, the just judgment of God will stand, but our part is to seek mercy and to leave judgment in His hands.

So we pray for you in the name of Jesus Christ, the only Saviour through whom we have salvation.

We pray that the Lord in His grace would deliver you from going down to the Pit, that He would keep back your soul from perishing and wash you thoroughly from all iniquity and cleanse you from all defilement through the blood of His Son. We pray that He who has delivered His people from the power of darkness would deliver you indeed, not only from outward oppression but from the fascinating power of sin itself, and that He would break every chain by His own divine power. We pray that He would lift this chastening in His good time, give you to see His fatherly hand in it, and bring you to say, "I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord." May He grant you peace within your borders, quietness from inward doubts, and above all, peace with Himself through the ransom He has found.

Look to Christ alone, trust His finished work, keep close to His Word, and forsake all fellowship with works of darkness. He is gracious and He is mighty to save.
