We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent cry for protection and justice. The mention of witchcraft and threats against your life is deeply alarming, for Scripture makes it clear that such practices are detestable to the Lord. Deuteronomy 18:10-12 warns, "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh." These forces of darkness have no power over those who stand firm in Christ, but we must take this threat seriously and seek the Lord’s intervention.
First and foremost, we must address the spiritual warfare at hand. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus has already overcome the world (John 16:33). We rebuke every assignment of darkness against you in the mighty name of Jesus. Every curse, spell, or demonic plot aimed at your life is broken now by the blood of Jesus and the authority He has given to His children. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we command every evil spirit behind these threats to flee in Jesus’ name.
We also pray for divine protection over your life. Psalm 91:1-4 assures us, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.' For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart." Lord, we ask You to surround this dear one with Your angels, to station them as a hedge of protection around their home, their family, and their life. Let no harm come near them, and let every evil plan be exposed and thwarted by Your mighty hand.
Regarding the inheritance, we stand on Proverbs 13:22, which says, "A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children." The Lord is the ultimate judge, and He sees the hearts of all involved. We pray that He would intervene in this situation, exposing any unrighteousness and ensuring that what rightfully belongs to you is preserved. We ask for wisdom and discernment to navigate this matter with integrity, trusting that God will vindicate the righteous. Proverbs 22:22-23 warns, "Don’t rob the poor, because he is poor; neither oppress the afflicted at the gate; for Yahweh will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them." Let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24).
We must also address the importance of forgiveness and releasing bitterness. Even in the face of such evil, we are called to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). This does not mean we ignore the threat or fail to take necessary precautions, but we must guard our hearts against hatred and vengeance. Romans 12:19 reminds us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"
Finally, we encourage you to draw near to the Lord in this season. James 4:7-8 says, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you." Stay rooted in prayer, in the Word, and in fellowship with other believers who can stand with you in faith. Do not walk in fear, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7).
Heavenly Father, we come before You with urgency and faith, lifting up this precious life to You. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We break every curse, spell, and demonic assignment in the name of Jesus, and we command every evil spirit to flee. Lord, station Your angels around them, protect them from every scheme of the enemy, and expose any wickedness at work in this situation. Grant them wisdom, discernment, and peace as they navigate this trial. Let Your justice prevail, and let Your righteousness be their shield. We ask that You would soften the hearts of those involved, that they may turn from their wicked ways and seek You. Father, we trust in Your sovereignty and Your promise to work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). Strengthen this dear one in their faith, and let them walk in the victory that is already theirs in Christ Jesus. We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus, the Name above all names, the One who has conquered sin, death, and the grave. Amen.
