We join you in prayer, asking our Heavenly Father to grant you a wise and understanding heart, just as He did for Solomon when he asked for wisdom to lead God's people. "Behold, I have done according to your words. Behold, I have given you a wise and understanding heart..." 2 Chronicles 1:11 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking that You bestow upon Your child a wise and understanding heart. Grant them the ability to be a good steward of all that You have entrusted to them, that they may use their resources to glorify Your name and further Your kingdom. Help them to seek You with all their heart, to pour out their soul before You in prayer, and to learn effectively from Your Word. Fulfill Your promise in their life, that by walking with the wise, they may become wise.
We also lift up their physical needs before You, Lord. We pray for complete and final healing for their teeth, especially the upper right wisdom tooth, their eyes, their entire left leg, and the left side of their pelvis. Touch these areas with Your healing power, and restore them to full health, in Jesus' name.
Father, we ask that You guide them and fill them with Your love. We pray that your love can be the greatest in their life and this should be their primary motivation and goal. For it is written "You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus." 2 Timothy 2:1, WEB.
We rebuke any self seeking attitudes, and remind them of the importance of the Word of God. For it is written "The grass withers, the flower fades; but the word of our God stands forever." Isaiah 40:8, WEB.
We ask that You provide them with opportunities to share the love of Christ with others, that they may be a blessing to those around them. Help them to use their wisdom and understanding to point others to You, that they may come to know You and have a relationship with you as well. For no one can come to the Father but by the name of Jesus Christ. "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." John 14:6 WEB.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to spend time in God's Word, seeking His will for your life. Hold on to the promise of James 1:5 WEB, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Trust that He is faithful to give you the wisdom and understanding you need to be a good steward of all that He has given you.
