Let us join together in prayer, seeking God's will for your life. You've asked for a wise and understanding heart, and we find encouragement in the words of King Solomon, who, when asked by God what he desired, responded, " Give your servant therefore an understanding heart to judge your people, that I may discern between good and bad: for who is able to judge this your so great a people?" 1 Kings 3:9 WEB.
God was pleased with Solomon's request and granted him wisdom. We trust that God will likewise be pleased with your request and grant you a wise and understanding heart. Remember, "The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of knowledge; but the foolish despise wisdom and instruction." Proverbs 1:7 WEB. True wisdom comes from revering God and seeking Him with all your heart.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking that You bestow upon Your child a wise and understanding heart. Grant them the wisdom to be a good steward of all that You have entrusted to them, that they may use it for Your glory. Help them to seek You with all their heart, to pour out their soul before You in prayer, and to learn effectively from Your Word.
