We hear your cry for wisdom in handling the challenges with the invoices, and we stand with you in seeking the Lord’s guidance. The Bible tells us in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We trust that God will grant you the clarity and discernment you need to address this matter swiftly and effectively.
Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine wisdom to rest upon our brother/sister as they navigate these invoice challenges. Lord, You are the source of all knowledge and understanding, and we ask that You illuminate their mind with solutions that align with Your will. You cry out for wisdom in a pressing business of invoices, and that is well; for wisdom is man’s true path, the compass by which he steers across the trackless waste of life. Without it, a man but wastes his strength, running hither and thither like the wild ass’s colt. But where shall this wisdom be found? Many have dreamed they discovered it, but it is not in man’s own wit. The price of wisdom is above rubies, and from whence then comes it? It is a gift of the Grace of God, He gives the young men knowledge and discretion, and He will as readily bestow it upon all who seek His face.
Divine Wisdom, dressed in robes of love and tenderness, invites you now to flee into her arms. When the invoices lie confused and your mind is full of care, remember that haste is the author of a great deal of mischief in human life. Do not rush upon the matter with fretful urgency, for holiness is as near akin to perfect wisdom as sin is to insanity. Commit your way unto the Lord, and bow in submission to His will. By that very act you are furnished with unerring guidance. He who trusts in the Lord, leaning not unto his own understanding, shall see a path made plain even where there seemed no way.
Christ is the wisdom of God. In Him are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Look therefore to Him who planned the way of salvation and by His skill laid the foundations of the earth. If He can order the heavens and balance the clouds, can He not untangle this snarl of figures and arrangements? Bring your difficulty before the throne, not merely with the word “asap” on your lips, but with a quiet confidence that He who died for you and rose again is even now at the right hand of God making intercession for you. He will send forth light and truth. Trust in God, that is true wisdom. So shall you accomplish the end of your being and give richest enjoyment and fullest play to your powers, even in the counting-house.

The principles infused in every man who takes God for his Guide are these: avoid everything that is evil in your dealings, be upright and keep far from sharp practice, for that is folly. Wait upon God with patience. He who calmed the raging sea will quiet the storm of your mind and bring all things into order.
