We are glad that you have reached out for advice and prayer in Jesus' name, acknowledging that He is the source of wisdom and guidance. First, let's address the content of the email you received. The Bible tells us that God created man and woman in His image, and that He makes no mistakes. "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them." Genesis 1:27 (WEB)
The temptation you are feeling is a result of the sinful nature that we all possess, and the enemy uses these temptations to draw us away from God's will. It is important to remember that God's will is good, acceptable, and perfect. "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." Romans 12:2 (WEB)
The email you received is not from God and is not His will for your life. God's will is for you to be conformed to the image of Christ, not to change your gender. "For whom he foreknew, he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers." Romans 8:29 (WEB)
We must flee from temptations and put on the full armor of God so that we can stand against the schemes of the devil. "Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes." Ephesians 6:11 (WEB)

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother who has received a tempting offer to change his gender. We rebuke the enemy and his schemes, knowing that this is not Your will for his life. We ask that You give him the strength to flee from this temptation and to put on the full armor of God. Help him to renew his mind in Your Word and to be conformed to the image of Christ. We thank You that he is fearfully and wonderfully made, and that Your will is good, acceptable, and perfect. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Dear friend, this hurts my heart. Please do not hurt your body. It is not actually possible for you to become a woman. God's will for your life is that you look outward to help others, and the greatest source of wisdom we have--God's Word, says, God looks at our hearts, not our outward appearance. I pray that the inside of your heart is cleansed by God, and God is kind! He loves you so much and created you for a purpose--and Satan hates that. The enemy will use our sinful nature to keep us from God's best. I pray for your to have a heart transformation and for you to seek after the things of God, so you can heal this brokenness inside of you, I pray you do not let the enemy win, and that you will be strengthened by God's Holy Spirit, in Jesus' mighty name, amen. Please do not do this evil thing to your body, I love you, and I want you to know that God absolutely has a plan for you, don't let the enemy distract you. Let truth prevail, in Jesus' name, amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
