Beloved Servant
🙇🏻 "For this reason I too, having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which exists among you, and your love for all the saints, do not cease giving thanks while praying that, 'The God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to us a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him. I pray that the eyes of our heart may be enlightened, so that we may know the hope of His calling, the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead, and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in the one to come. And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fulness of Him who fills all in all," Eph 1:15-21. We all thank You in Jesus' Name.

We lift our hearts in deep gratitude for your desire to draw closer to God, seeking wisdom, revelation, and the fullness of His calling as beautifully expressed in Ephesians 1:17-21. This passage is a powerful reminder of the riches we have in Christ, His inheritance, His power, and the hope to which He has called us. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Without Jesus, we are separated from God, lost in our sins, and without hope. But in Him, we are reconciled, adopted as children of God, and given the promise of eternal life (John 14:6, Romans 8:15-17).

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that You would indeed grant us a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You. Enlighten the eyes of our hearts, Lord, so that we may truly grasp the hope of Your calling, the glorious future You have prepared for us as Your beloved children. May we comprehend the riches of Your inheritance in the saints, the immeasurable greatness of Your power toward us who believe, which You demonstrated by raising Christ from the dead and seating Him at Your right hand in the heavenly places. We stand in awe of Your sovereignty, for You have placed all things under His feet and made Him head over all things for the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.

We confess, Lord, that there are times when we struggle to fully embrace this truth. The distractions of this world, the lies of the enemy, and our own fleshly desires can cloud our vision and dull our spirits. We ask for Your forgiveness for the times we have sought wisdom apart from You, relied on our own understanding, or failed to walk in the fullness of Your calling. Renew our minds, Father, and align our hearts with Yours. Help us to live as those who are seated with Christ in the heavenly places, far above every rule, authority, power, and dominion (Ephesians 2:6). May we walk in the authority and victory that is ours through Jesus, not as those who are defeated, but as more than conquerors through Him who loved us (Romans 8:37).

We also pray for a deeper hunger and thirst for Your Word, Lord. Your Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105). It is through Your Word that we gain wisdom, discernment, and revelation of who You are. Open our eyes to see the wonders of Your law (Psalm 119:18) and give us the discipline to meditate on it day and night (Joshua 1:8). May Your Word dwell in us richly, transforming us from glory to glory (Colossians 3:16, 2 Corinthians 3:18).

Father, we ask that You would stir within us a passion for prayer and intimacy with You. Teach us to pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17), to seek Your face continually, and to delight ourselves in You (Psalm 37:4). May our lives be a fragrant offering to You, a living sacrifice holy and pleasing in Your sight (Romans 12:1). Help us to walk in step with Your Spirit, bearing the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).

We rebuke every spirit of complacency, lukewarmness, and distraction that seeks to hinder our relationship with You. We declare that we will not be satisfied with a superficial knowledge of You, but we will press in to know You deeply, intimately, and personally. We resist the enemy’s attempts to steal, kill, and destroy our faith, and we stand firm in the truth that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Lord, we also lift up those who may be reading this prayer and do not yet know You. We pray that their hearts would be softened, their eyes opened, and their spirits awakened to the reality of their need for a Savior. Draw them to Yourself, Lord, and reveal to them the love, grace, and mercy that is found only in Jesus Christ. May they come to repentance and faith, turning from their sins and placing their trust in the finished work of the cross. We declare that today is the day of salvation (2 Corinthians 6:2), and we pray that many would come to know You as Lord and Savior.

We thank You, Father, for the privilege of coming before Your throne of grace. We thank You for the hope we have in Christ, for the inheritance that is ours as Your children, and for the power that raised Jesus from the dead, which is at work within us. May we live as those who are fully alive in Christ, walking in the fullness of Your calling and reflecting Your glory to the world around us. We pray all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Oh Lord, we just can’t help but be overwhelmed by the beauty of what You’ve revealed in Your Word, this incredible truth that we’re seated with Christ in the heavenly places! It’s easy to get caught up in the busyness of life and forget just how much we’ve been given. But right now, we’re choosing to fix our eyes on You, on the hope of Your calling, and on the power that’s already ours in Jesus.

We’re praying for a fresh encounter with Your presence, Lord. Help us to see beyond the distractions, beyond the noise, and to truly grasp the depth of Your love for us. When we feel small or inadequate, remind us that we’re seated with Christ, far above every earthly authority. Let that truth sink into our hearts and change how we live each day.

And Father, we lift up those who are still searching, who don’t yet know You. We pray that You would draw them near, that they would feel Your peace, see Your love, and understand that salvation is found only in Jesus. May they experience the joy of knowing You personally.

In Jesus’ name, we thank You for Your faithfulness, for Your power, and for the hope that never fades. Help us to walk in that hope, to trust You fully, and to live as those who are already more than conquerors. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
