Your prayer rises like incense before the throne of God, and the anguish of a mother’s heart is not hidden from Him. I hear you cry out for your daughters, and I see the snares of the enemy at work in your household. But take courage: He who delivered the Apostle from the lion’s mouth will deliver your children from every evil work, if you hold fast to faith and do not grow weary.

You have rightly discerned that this young man and his mother are agents of division. Not all division is evil, for our Lord Himself came to bring a sword and to set a household at variance when truth demands it. When souls are yoked together for wickedness, their concord is ruin. The tower of Babel was built in agreement, but it brought destruction. So this unholy alliance, living together outside marriage, isolating your older daughter from faith and family, controlling her finances, is a corrupt unity that must be broken. The Apostle commands us to mark those who cause divisions contrary to the doctrine you have learned, and to avoid them. He says they serve not our Lord Christ but their own belly; their smooth words deceive the hearts of the simple. Do you not see this plainly? The young man’s god is his appetite, and his mother abets his greed. Their scheme to lure your younger daughter is the work of the devil, who envies your children’s future and seeks to drag them down to destruction.

Yet the Lord’s arm is not shortened. He who raises the dead and calls into being what does not exist can restore your older daughter’s soul and frustrate every dark plot. Cry out to Him without ceasing, as the Canaanite woman did for her child, though He seemed silent. Her persistence won mercy. Do not look at the waves of chaos but at the Master of the storm. Your younger daughter has been granted favor in her studies; this is no small sign of God’s protective hand. Guard her tender heart by teaching her that obedience to Christ means separation from those who walk disorderly. Do not entrust her to the companionship of the serpent, no matter how fair the words. The reproach of Christ, to be maligned by family members for choosing godliness, is a far higher honor than a peace built on compromise with evil.

For your older daughter, let your tears and prayers be her fortress. The evil choice lies not in her essence but in her will, and God can turn her will back to Himself. But she must also choose; she cannot serve two masters. If she remains stiff-necked, there may come a grief like that of a limb cut off for the body’s healing. Pray that the Lord will grant her courage to flee the snare, and frustrate her steps toward ruin. Do not seek a shallow truce that papers over the infection. Satan desires to sift your whole family as wheat, but Christ has prayed for you that your faith may not fail.

Therefore, stand firm. Entrust your children to the God of peace, who will bruise Satan under your feet shortly. Saturate your home not with anxious clamor but with the peace that surpasses understanding, which comes from a clean conscience before God. Let your younger daughter see in you a love that does not wink at sin but is fierce for the truth. Strengthen the bond with her by training her in the fear of the Lord, and do not grow slack in rebuking the works of darkness, though it brings you reproach. The Lord who delivered you from the lion’s mouth will deliver you yet again, not only from earthly danger but from every spiritual assault, that you may be presented blameless before Him. Do not repay evil for evil, but overcome evil with good. In all things, cast your cares upon Him, for He cares for you.

Your prayer rises with the unmistakable cry of a mother’s heart, and I want you to know it does not fall on deaf ears in heaven. What you are facing is a storm of division, and beneath all the chaos is a deep spiritual battle over the loves and loyalties of your children. At the core of every fractured relationship you described is a severed or damaged relationship with God. You cannot fix the horizontal fractures by sheer will or even by pleading for God to simply remove people. The vertical must be set right first. Your older daughter is caught in a half-hearted place with the Lord, and a lukewarm soul becomes vulnerable to every wind of deception. Jesus Himself said He would rather we were cold than lukewarm, because a cold person knows their need, but the lukewarm is numb and easily led astray. That is exactly what you are witnessing.

What grieves you most is that she has traded a living, intimate relationship with her Father for a counterfeit. That young man and his mother have exploited her hunger for love and belonging, but they have offered her bondage dressed as freedom. God never designed for a man and woman to live together outside of marriage; that arrangement is not a covenant but a slow corruption. It isolates, controls, and devours. Your daughter is experiencing the very separation that sin always produces, from her own family, from her church, from her own worth. And now the enemy wants to extend that snare to your younger daughter, who is walking in wisdom and resisting. That resistance is a sign of grace. So keep covering her in prayer and stay close enough to speak the truth in love, but do not neglect the root: her relationship with Jesus must be the anchor.

When your own relationship with the Lord is tender and trusting, it spills out. You cannot manufacture peace in your home by rearranging circumstances; peace comes when each heart is aligned to the Father. So your first and most powerful work is to abide deeply yourself. Let your prayers be more than lists of requests; let them become a dwelling place where you say, “Our Father,” and rest in His love. From that place, you will have clarity to know when to speak and when to be silent, when to act and when to wait. And you will model for your children what a wholehearted, loving relationship with God looks like, not a legal checklist, but a delighted surrender where you obey because you love Him, not because you’re forced.

Your older daughter needs deliverance, not just from that man, but from the empty rituals she has substituted for genuine faith. She is like Israel who turned back to weak and beggarly elements after tasting the richness of redemption. You are right to plead the blood of Jesus over your whole family, for the blood is the only basis for restoration. But remember, the blood not only protects; it speaks of a reconciled relationship. Pray that she will come to her senses, not merely by seeing the red flags, but by encountering the overwhelming love of the Father who adopted her. He wants her back more than you do. He will frustrate the plans of those who prey on her, but His deeper work is to awaken in her a holy dissatisfaction until she cries out for the true bread.

Do not underestimate the damage sown by that half-hearted relationship she is in. It is corrupting her perception of family, of work, of her own body and future. Yet the same God who delivered His people from Egypt with a mighty hand can break every chain. The enemy intends to isolate her further, even to use her to draw your younger daughter away, but the Holy Spirit is the great unifier. Where there is no distinction in Christ, the walls of division cannot stand. So continue to pray against every plot that sows discord among your son and daughters. Speak life into those sibling bonds, and pray specifically that the older sister’s eyes would be opened to see she is being used, and that the cost is her very soul.

For your younger one, thank God for the open doors and the protectiveness He has given her. The enemy targets what he fears. Her refusal to be manipulated is a threat to the darkness, so cover her with the full armor you already invoked. But also teach her to find her satisfaction in her own loving fellowship with Jesus, so that the rejection she feels from her sister does not become a bitter root. Her tender, generous heart is a gift; guard it by pointing her to the One who will never leave nor forsake her.

Your prayer holds great power because it is anchored in truth: no weapon formed against your family will prosper if you continue to stand in the finished work of Christ. However, do not let the battle consume your own joy. Your relationship with God is the axis on which all else turns. If you stay close, abiding in the vine, then even in the turmoil you will bear the fruit of peace that surpasses understanding. Keep trusting, keep interceding, and when the temptation comes to take matters into your own hands, remember that God desires mercy, not sacrifice, and a loving, personal walk with Him above all religious striving. He is at work, even when the fog is thick. I am praying with you that He will break every yoke, restore what the locusts have eaten, and draw each of your children into a full-blown, joyful relationship with their heavenly Father.

We are deeply grateful for the privilege to stand in prayer with you for your precious daughters and your family during this challenging time. It has been on our hearts to continue lifting up each specific request before the Lord, trusting in His perfect wisdom, protection, and restoration.

We rejoice with you in the blessings your younger daughter has already received—her university acceptance, scholarships, and the favor of the Lord upon her life. We continue to pray for God’s guidance as she selects her classes, for complete healing from all pain, and for His peace, joy, and protection to surround her every moment. May she walk in abundant favor, wisdom, and safety, especially as she drives, and may her days be filled with the satisfaction that comes only from the Lord.

For your older daughter, we pray fervently for God’s mercy and deliverance. We ask the Lord to open her eyes to the isolation and control in her relationship, to give her courage to walk away, and to restore her heart to prioritize her faith, family, and true self-worth. May the Holy Spirit frustrate every divisive scheme, break every ungodly tie, and remove all toxic influences from her life. We pray for complete restoration—peace, joy, freedom, and Godly habits to be renewed in her.

We stand against every spirit of division, manipulation, and chaos, pleading the blood of Jesus over your family. May the Lord block every plot against your daughters, protect their hearts from deception, and restore unity among your children. We pray for godly friendships for your younger daughter and for your older daughter to return home swiftly, reconciled to her family and to the Lord.

May your home be saturated with the peace, love, and unity that surpasses all understanding. We pray for strength in your bond with your daughters and for the Lord’s angels to surround and shield your family from all attacks. No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every plan of the enemy will be frustrated in Jesus’ mighty name.

If the Lord has already moved in any of these areas, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the battle still continues, we are here to stand with you in prayer once more. May God bless you and your family as you seek Him, and may His grace and favor rest upon each of you. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
