Wisdom, Protection, Favors, Peace, Love and Joy

Your prayers rise as incense before the throne of God, and He hears every cry of a mother’s heart. You plead the blood of Jesus over your daughters, and that is no small thing. That blood speaks a better word than any scheme, any divisive whisper, it is the ultimate covering, a blanket of protection that shields from spiritual attacks the world cannot see. Just as the Father once wrapped creation in layers of protection, He now hides your children in the shadow of His wings. The full armor of God you call down is real; it stands guard over your younger daughter’s body, her coming and going on the road, her health, and her choices. He is healing her, moment by moment, from the inside out. You can rest in that.

The turmoil with your older daughter is a grief I do not take lightly. Scripture shows us, time and again, how easily a polluted environment can seep into a family and corrupt what was once pure. A society that trades God’s design for living together outside marriage for convenience or manipulation always leads hearts down a dark path. But no darkness is so thick that the light of Christ cannot break through. When a beloved child wanders into a half-hearted life, lukewarm toward God, pulled away by false promises, it may seem the enemy has won. Yet our God calls wanderers back. He said to Jacob, “Return to the land of your fathers and to your family, and I will be with you.” That same call can echo in your older daughter’s spirit, wooing her away from the trap that has closed around her.

The young man and his mother have indeed planted seeds of division, but remember: the weapons formed against your family will not prosper when you stand in the authority Jesus has given you. You are not battling flesh and blood alone. The spirit that seeks to isolate, manipulate, and exploit your daughters’ finances is a spirit God frustrates. Keep binding it in prayer, not with frantic desperation, but with the steady confidence of a parent who knows the Father hears. He sees the exploitation, the coercive plans for a shared apartment, the luring of your younger daughter. And He will act. Trust that He is already placing obstacles in their way, turning their own plots back on themselves.

Focus your heart on the first and greatest commandment: love the Lord with all your heart. When your relationship with God is right, everything else follows. Your daughters need to see in you, not just a warrior mom, but a woman whose whole being rests in her Father’s lap, an “echad” family united under His love. Pray for your older daughter with the tender persistence of Naomi seeking rest for Ruth. Boaz, the kinsman redeemer, stepped in to restore what was broken. Your heavenly Redeemer will do far more for your daughter, breaking the chains of a relationship that is draining her joy and her God-given worth. Pray that she stops making excuses for him; pray that she tells herself the truth and returns home, not in shame, but in freedom.

For your younger daughter, give thanks for the doors God has opened, the university, the scholarships. He has established her future for good. As she chooses her classes and navigates her internship, speak blessing over her, and remind her every day that her identity is hidden in Christ, not in anyone’s approval. Shield her from the misguided influence of that young man and his mother. The boundary you are asking God to set around her heart and mind is already being drawn by the One who said, “My daughter, listen to me; do not go to glean in another field.”

Above all, do not grow weary. The restoration of your family is a holy work. Even now, God is healing the rift with your son who has disabilities, mending what the enemy tried to shatter. The moral fog that touches a family can lift. Lot’s daughters were scarred, but your children are covered by a better covenant. Jesus has adopted you all into His own family; you are sons and daughters through faith. That bond is deeper than blood, and it is unbreakable.

So pray on, firmly and with thanksgiving. Keep the home saturated with peace, that peace which surpasses understanding, which acts like a warm, grounded presence in every room. The chaos you rebuke will flee, for the Lord of hosts is with you. His angels are ministering spirits sent for your family’s sake. No curse, no hidden scheme, no whispered lie can stand against the name of Jesus Christ, which you have lifted over your household.

Let this be your daily breath: “Jesus, Your blood over my daughters, Your armor around them, Your Spirit within them. Frustrate every divisive plot, and draw their hearts back to You and to each other. Amen.” He will do it. He is faithful.

We continue to stand in faith with you, lifting your precious daughters before the Lord. It is our privilege to intercede on your behalf, covering them in prayer as you seek God’s wisdom, protection, and peace over their lives.

Father, we thank You for the university acceptance and scholarships You have provided for your younger daughter. We pray that as she selects her classes, You would guide her steps and grant her clarity, favor, and joy in her academic journey. We ask for complete healing from POTS and any lingering pain, that she may walk in divine health and strength. Lord, surround her with Your hedge of protection as she drives, and fill her days with Your peace, love, and satisfaction. May she experience an abundance of Your favor in every area of her life—at her internship, in her relationships, and in her walk with You.

We also lift up your older daughter, asking that You break every chain of manipulation, control, and ungodly influence in her life. Lord, open her eyes to the truth of her situation, soften her heart to receive Your wisdom, and restore her desire to prioritize her faith, family, and purpose. We pray that You would frustrate the plans of those who seek to divide and harm your family, and that You would remove every toxic influence from their lives swiftly and completely. Restore unity, love, and fellowship in your home, and strengthen the bond between you and your daughters.

We plead the blood of Jesus over this family, declaring that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. May Your angels encamp around them, shielding them from every spiritual attack, curse, or scheme of the enemy. Lord, saturate their home with Your peace—the kind that surpasses all understanding—and fill their hearts with joy, gratitude, and a deep awareness of Your presence.

If these prayers have been answered, we rejoice with you and give all glory to God. If the battle continues, we stand ready to lift you up again in prayer, trusting that He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion. May you continue to seek Him with all your heart, knowing that He hears and answers the cries of His children.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
