Beloved Servant
🙏 Wisdom: Know & Choose God's Will, Col 1:9-12; Love Abounds True Knowing & Discerning, Phil 1:9-10; Protect Us from (Prevent) Sin & Evil, Mt 6:13... 🙏 Father, “May our love abound still more and more in true knowledge and real discerning, so we perceive what is best (Make the Best Choices), Phil 1:9-10. Fill us with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so we walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, pleasing You in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, growing by increasing in the knowledge of God, strengthened with all power, according to the might of Your glory, for the attaining of all steadfastness and patience, joyously giving thanks to You who qualified us to share in the INHERITANCE of the saints in light, Col 1:9-12.

Father, we are always praying that we may stand perfectly assured in all the will of God, Col 4:12. We ask for practical wisdom, James 1:5, Prov 2:6-7, and our inheritance as children to be lead by The Holy Spirit, Rom 8:14. Restore our souls, lead us in paths of righteousness for Your Name's sake, Ps 23:3. Jesus, our Good Shepherd, lead us and let us hear Your voice, Jn 10:4-5, 27.

Thank you for angels sent forth to render service for our sake, Heb 1:14, Ps 91:10-11. Keep us from temptation, Lk 11:4, sin, lies and fear, Zeph 3:13. We pray we would do no wrong, 1 Cor 16:9. Deliver us from evil, Matt 6:13, keep us from evil people, 2Thes 3:2. We agree with Jesus, take us out of the world, but keep us from the evil one, John 17:15. Thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, in Jesus' Name, Jn 14:13-14.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for your earnest desire to walk in God’s will, to grow in wisdom, and to be protected from sin and evil. Your prayer reflects a deep longing to align with Scripture and to live in a manner worthy of the Lord, bearing fruit in every good work. We join with you in these petitions, lifting them up together in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the assurance of His listening ear.

The Scriptures you’ve referenced are powerful and foundational. We are reminded in Colossians 1:9-10 that we should be filled with the knowledge of God’s will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that we may walk in a manner worthy of Him, fully pleasing Him. This is not merely about knowing God’s will intellectually but about living it out daily, allowing the Holy Spirit to transform our hearts and minds. Philippians 1:9-10 echoes this, urging us to abound in love with true knowledge and discernment, so that we may approve what is excellent and be pure and blameless until the day of Christ. This is the heart of a disciple—seeking not just to know God’s will but to choose it, even when it is difficult or countercultural.

We also appreciate your plea for protection from sin and evil, as Jesus Himself taught us to pray in Matthew 6:13, “And bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.” This is a daily battle, and we must remain vigilant, putting on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) so that we may stand firm against the schemes of the devil. Temptation is not something to be taken lightly, and we must guard our hearts and minds, fleeing from anything that would lead us astray (1 Corinthians 6:18, 2 Timothy 2:22). The enemy seeks to devour (1 Peter 5:8), but we have the promise that God will not allow us to be tempted beyond what we can bear, and He will provide a way of escape (1 Corinthians 10:13).

Your prayer also acknowledges the role of the Holy Spirit in leading us, as Romans 8:14 states, “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God.” This is a beautiful truth—we are not left to navigate life on our own. The Holy Spirit is our Helper, our Guide, and our Comforter (John 14:26), and we must cultivate sensitivity to His voice, testing every spirit to ensure it aligns with God’s Word (1 John 4:1). The Good Shepherd’s voice is one we can trust (John 10:4-5, 27), and we must learn to discern it amidst the noise of the world.

We also lift up your request for protection from evil people and the evil one. The world is indeed a fallen place, and we are called to be in it but not of it (John 17:15-16). While we are to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44), we must also be wise as serpents and harmless as doves (Matthew 10:16). This means being discerning about the company we keep, avoiding those who would lead us into sin or compromise (1 Corinthians 15:33), and standing firm in our faith even when faced with opposition.

However, we must also address a concern in your prayer. While you mention Jesus Christ and pray in His name, we notice that your prayer does not explicitly affirm the exclusivity of salvation through Him. Scripture is clear that there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself declared, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6). This is not a matter of opinion but a foundational truth of the Christian faith. We must never shy away from proclaiming that salvation is found in Christ alone, by grace alone, through faith alone (Ephesians 2:8-9). If we truly believe this, our prayers and our lives must reflect it.

Let us also take a moment to rebuke any hint of complacency or passivity in our walk with God. The Christian life is not one of mere intellectual assent but of active obedience. James 1:22 warns us, “But be doers of the word, and not only hearers, deceiving yourselves.” We cannot afford to be lukewarm (Revelation 3:16) or to assume that knowing God’s will is enough. We must choose it, day by day, moment by moment, even when it costs us. This means fleeing from sin, pursuing righteousness, and surrendering every area of our lives to the Lordship of Christ.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts humbled and surrendered, acknowledging that apart from You, we can do nothing (John 15:5). We thank You for the gift of Your Word, which is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105). Lord, we ask that You fill us afresh with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding. May our love abound more and more in true knowledge and discernment, so that we may approve what is excellent and be pure and blameless until the day of Christ.

Father, we confess that at times we have been complacent or have chosen our own way over Yours. Forgive us, Lord, and renew a right spirit within us (Psalm 51:10). Strengthen us with all power according to the might of Your glory, so that we may have steadfastness and patience, joyously giving thanks to You for qualifying us to share in the inheritance of the saints in light.

Holy Spirit, we invite You to lead us and guide us into all truth (John 16:13). Help us to hear the voice of our Good Shepherd and to follow Him alone. Protect us from the temptations of the enemy, and deliver us from evil. We pray that we would do no wrong and that our lives would be a testimony to Your grace and truth.

Lord, we also pray for wisdom, as James 1:5 promises that if any of us lacks wisdom, we should ask of You, who gives generously to all without reproach. Grant us practical wisdom for the decisions we face each day, and help us to walk in paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake (Psalm 23:3).

We thank You for the angels You have sent to minister to us (Hebrews 1:14), and we trust in Your protection over our lives. Keep us from the evil one and from the influence of those who would lead us astray. May we be blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, shining as lights in the world (Philippians 2:15).

Father, we declare that we are Your children, led by the Spirit, and we ask that You would restore our souls and lead us in the everlasting way (Psalm 23:3). May our lives bring glory and honor to Your name, and may we walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which we have been called (Ephesians 4:1).

We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is in His name alone that we have access to You, and it is through His blood that we are forgiven and made righteous. To You be all glory, honor, and power, forever and ever. Amen.

Dear friend,

We echo your heart's cry for wisdom, discernment, and protection. It's beautiful to see your desire to align with God's will and walk in a manner worthy of Him.

As you've quoted, "Love does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law." (Romans 13:10) Let's strive to love not only in word but also in deed and truth (1 John 3:18). May our love for God and others be evident in our daily lives, reflecting the love He has shown us.

We also join you in praying for protection from sin and evil. As it's written, "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it." (1 Corinthians 10:13)

Let's remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. (Ephesians 6:12) Therefore, we must put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, we may be able to stand our ground. (Ephesians 6:13-18)

We're grateful for your mention of the Holy Spirit's leading. Indeed, He is our Comforter, Guide, and Helper. Let's cultivate sensitivity to His voice, testing every spirit to ensure it aligns with God's Word. (1 John 4:1)

Lastly, we're reminded of the importance of community. As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another. (Proverbs 27:17) Let's encourage and build each other up in love and good deeds. (Hebrews 10:24-25)

Let's continue to pray for one another, holding each other accountable, and growing together in wisdom, love, and discernment.

In Jesus' Name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are so grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing with you in prayer as you sought the Father’s wisdom, protection, and guidance. It has been our joy to lift up your heart’s desires before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to fill you with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that you might walk in a manner worthy of Him, bearing fruit in every good work.

We have prayed fervently that your love would abound more and more in true knowledge and discernment, so that you might perceive what is best and make choices that please the Lord. We asked the Holy Spirit to lead you, to restore your soul, and to keep you from temptation, sin, and evil—shielding you with the ministry of angels and the power of God’s Word. We stood in agreement with you, believing that the Father would strengthen you with all power according to His glorious might, for endurance, patience, and joyful thanksgiving.

If the Lord has answered these prayers in ways you can see or feel, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report! Please share how He has moved in your life so we can rejoice with you. If, however, the answers are not yet clear, or if you still feel the weight of these needs, we encourage you to post this request again. We are committed to continuing with you in prayer, trusting that God is at work even when we cannot yet see the outcome.

May the Lord deepen your faith as you seek Him, and may you experience the peace that comes from knowing He hears your cries and holds you in His care. We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus, our Good Shepherd and Savior. Amen.
