Fill me with the knowledge of your will with all spiritual wisdom and understanding that I may walk in a worthy manner which pleases you (Col 1:9-11). Open my mind to understand the Scriptures (Luke 24:45). Help me receive the Word engrafted (James 1:21), so that I may be a doer of the Word and not just a hearer (James 1:22), grant protection from temptation and the evil one (Matt 6:13, John 17:15), in the name of Jesus.
