We join you in desiring to see the Lord's blessings poured out fully in your life and in the lives of those you love, and we bring this desire before our Heavenly Father together in Jesus' name.
We hear your heart to protect what God has for you and to see that no one can claim or steal or wrongly distribute what He intends for you and for the two dear ones you mentioned to receive and enjoy. We gently want to share biblical counsel about the language of willing and decreeing. Scripture teaches that it is God who decrees and establishes His purposes, and we humbly submit to His sovereign will rather than commanding Him. We are called to ask according to His will with humility and trust. As it is written, This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us 1 John 5:14, and You ought to say, If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that James 4:15. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights James 1:17, and we receive His blessings not by our own decree but by His grace.
We also noticed your prayer did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and assurance of His blessings. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me John 14:6, and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is because of what Jesus has done on the cross and through His resurrection that we can confidently come to the Father and receive every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ Ephesians 1:3.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we thank You that You are the source of every blessing and that Your plans for us are good. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ that You would pour out Your blessings upon this dear one according to Your perfect will and purpose, and upon the two loved ones lifted up here, that each one would receive what You have appointed for them and would enjoy it with thanksgiving and contentment. Guard what You have given, Lord, for Your Word promises, I give eternal life to them. They will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father who has given them to me is greater than all. No one is able to snatch them out of my Father's hand John 10:28-29. Let no scheme of the enemy, no spiritual force, and no person be able to steal or hinder what You intend for Your children. Help us to trust not in our own words of decree but in Your faithful care, knowing that my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. Teach us to walk humbly before You, to seek Your will above our own desires, and to rest in Your promise that You know the plans You have for us, plans for peace and not for evil, to give us hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. Draw each heart closer to Jesus, that all would know Him as Savior and Lord and find fullness of blessing in Him. We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Redeemer, amen.

Thank you for sharing this desire with us. We hear how much you want to know your blessings are secure in God's hands and to see the two people close to you receive and enjoy good from Him as well. That longing to protect what God gives and to want good for others is understandable.

Your earnest desire that what God has graciously appointed for you should be kept safe is one which every believing heart can understand, for we long to know that our mercies rest upon a sure foundation.
Yet the Scriptures do not teach us to stand over the mercies of God and to will and decree as though we were masters over His bounty. God's goodness to us is not a matter of our commanding Him, but of His beneficence toward us. He doeth to us that which is good according to His own heart. The reason for His mercy lies not in man, but in God's own heart. He looked and could see no good of any kind in us, nor the slightest hope of there ever being any good, but within His own bosom He found the motive for the display of His grace, and then His own arm brought salvation. No spiritual blessing comes to any man by chance, but according as He hath chosen us in Christ. We do not create blessing by our utterance, nor distribute it by our decree. We receive it humbly from His hand.
What a mercy it is that the blessings which truly enrich the soul are spiritual blessings in Christ. An enlightened man is grateful for temporal blessings, but he is much more grateful for spiritual blessings, for temporal blessings do not last long, they are soon gone. God hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ. These are the rarest, the richest, the most enduring of all blessings. They are not earned, they are given. He loads us with benefits, not a little of His goodness, but much, very much, until it becomes a load. Have you not known what it is to be bowed down under such goodness.
If you are in Christ Jesus, you may rest assured that no being in the universe can steal what He secures. No one hath the key of death but the Lord of life. A thousand angels could not hurl us to the grave, and all the devils in hell cannot destroy the least lamb in Christ's flock. Your keeping is not in your decree, but in His faithful hand. His heart is constant in its affection. He does not cast away His children. He will not divorce the soul that has been espoused unto Him.
This then is our prayer for you, and for those you have named before the Lord, not that your own will should be done as a decree, but that you may be found in Christ and receive that new heart which He promises to His covenant people. A new heart also will I give you, for the Holy Spirit cannot dwell in the old heart. May the Lord give you that new heart, and cause you to keep His judgments, and may He daily load you with benefits according to His abundant mercy. May you and those you love be brought to know salvation through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no good thing out of Christ, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin.
Come then not with a decree, but as a humble petitioner to the throne of grace. Tell Him what He has done for you, bless the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who hath blessed you, and trust Him to do what is best. Seek first the spiritual blessings which are in Christ, and leave the keeping and the distributing of all good gifts in that wise and loving hand which never fails.

Your prayer for God's blessings to be kept safe and to be truly received has been heard, and it is good that you bring this desire before the Lord.
Scripture does not teach us to decree or to command God as though by our own words we could secure or distribute blessings. Rather we are taught to call upon God as Father in heaven, and in that one name to acknowledge that forgiveness, righteousness, adoption, inheritance and the gift of the Holy Spirit come from Him alone through Jesus Christ. His love is shed abroad in our hearts not because we have claimed it by a formula, but because He has freely given His Son and His Spirit even before we had labored, that we might trust Him.
Remember Abraham, who by faith obeyed when he was called to go out not knowing where he was going, and sojourned in the land of promise as in a strange country. He did not yet receive all that was promised, but he trusted the Promiser and waited for God to give in His time. In the same way we are not to try to bind God with our own decrees, but to say with Christ, Thy will be done, and to walk by faith.
The blessings that matter most are not only outward things which in this present life pass like dreams, but the lasting gifts of being made sons of God and brothers of Christ, of having our sins forgiven and the Spirit dwelling in us. God Himself is the dispenser of His gifts, and what He gives in Christ no one can steal from His hand, yet He keeps that authority and we receive from His mercy, not by our own regulation.
So I will pray for you in this way, not as a decree you have made, but as a petition to our merciful Father. May the Lord in His wisdom grant to you what is truly good for your soul, keep you in Christ, guard what He entrusts to you, and lead you to use all He gives for health of body and holiness of life, spending your chief care on spiritual things. For the two others you mentioned, I pray that God would also grant them His true blessing, above all to know Jesus Christ as Savior, to be forgiven and adopted through Him alone, and to walk in the way that pleases Him. If any path they are on is not according to His will for marriage, for purity, or for faith, may He graciously draw them to repentance and to life.
Seek Him daily, trust His promise, and ask Him to keep you and those you love in His grace until He brings all His promises to fulfillment.
