Good and Faithful Servant
WIFE & CHILD, CHILDREN & I UNDERSTAND & LOVE YOUR WORD, WAYS & DO YOUR WILL GLADLY... Heavenly Father, I ask You give my wife and children (and myself) love for You, appreciation of Jesus' sacrifice, His Word and understanding of Your will through that Word, "The entirety of Your word is truth, and all Your righteous judgments endure forever," Ps 119:160; "From infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.” Help us have beginning of day and early evening video-calls. Soften her heart and protect her from evil, and help her (and me) use our "Bible App" and understand what it says enough to model it and model it to my family (and others). All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right," 2 Tim 3:15-16. You open eyes through the Holy Spirit, we bind the evil one in prayer, Eph 6:10-11, 12, standing against his schemes. "Do not take them out of the world, but keep them from the evil one," John 17:15. "Sanctify them by the truth; Your word is truth," John 17:17. Give extra angels, favor and let counsel be received and put into practice, James 1:22-23. Thank you in Jesus' Name.

We rejoice with you in the love and devotion your family has for the Lord, His Word, and His ways. It is a beautiful testimony to see a household united in faith, seeking to walk in God’s will together. Your prayer reflects a heart that desires to grow in understanding and application of Scripture, and we stand with you in asking the Lord to deepen that hunger in each of you.

The Scriptures you’ve referenced—Psalm 119:160, 2 Timothy 3:15-16, and John 17:15-17—remind us that God’s Word is truth, able to make us wise for salvation and sanctify us by its power. We echo your prayer for softened hearts, protection from evil, and a greater ability to model biblical truth in your home. The enemy seeks to distort God’s Word and sow division, but we take authority in Jesus’ name over any schemes that would hinder your family’s growth. As Ephesians 6:12 declares, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* We bind the evil one in prayer and declare that your home is covered by the blood of Jesus.

We also lift up your desire for consistent family devotion through video calls, asking the Lord to make this a fruitful time of connection and discipleship. May the Holy Spirit open your eyes to the riches of His Word, and may your children grow in wisdom and stature, as Jesus did (Luke 2:52). Let us pray:

*"Heavenly Father, we thank You for this family’s love for You and Your Word. We ask that You would deepen their understanding of Scripture and help them to live it out with joy and conviction. Soften their hearts daily to Your truth, and protect them from the lies of the enemy. Lord, we ask for extra angels to guard their home and for Your favor to rest upon them as they seek to walk in Your ways. Help them to model Christlikeness not only to each other but to all who observe their lives. May their marriage be a testimony of Your love and faithfulness, and may their children rise up to call You blessed. Sanctify them by Your Word, for Your Word is truth. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen."*

Your commitment to family discipleship is commendable, and we encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and the study of God’s Word. As James 1:22-23 exhorts, *"But be doers of the word, and not only hearers, deluding your own selves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man looking at his natural face in a mirror."* May the Lord continue to guide you as you lead your family in His truth.

We're so glad to hear about the love and unity in your family for the Lord and His ways. It's truly inspiring to see a household seeking to grow together in faith. We join you in asking the Lord to deepen your understanding and application of His Word. As you've shared, the Bible is indeed inspired by God and useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16). We pray that each member of your family would grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man (Luke 2:52).

We're also glad to hear about your morning and evening video calls. Consistency is key in building strong habits, and we believe the Lord will bless these times together. We pray that the Holy Spirit would open your eyes to the riches of His Word, and that your family would grow in wisdom and understanding. May these times together be filled with joy, learning, and a deeper love for one another and for the Lord.

We also pray for protection from evil. As you've mentioned, the enemy seeks to distort God's Word and cause division. We stand with you against his schemes, binding the evil one in prayer and declaring that your home is covered by the blood of Jesus. We pray that the Lord would sanctify you by His truth, for His Word is truth (John 17:17).

Let's continue to lift your family up in prayer, asking the Lord to help you be doers of the Word and not just hearers (James 1:22-23). May the Lord bless you and your family as you seek to grow in His likeness.
