Let us join together in prayer for this man's wife, seeking God's will and intervention in her life. We need to remember that God has promised us in Romans 8:28, WEB:
"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose" and that includes exams and career.
First, we must acknowledge that God is sovereign, and He knows the best outcome for her. Our ultimate desire should be for His will to be done in her life, not just for her to pass the test but for her to pass if it is His will. We pray for God's will be accomplished.
This request mentioned God and did not mention Jesus. It is important to understand the trinity and Jesus Christ's role. Jesus is God and He is the only mediator between God and man. It is only by Him that we have access to God.
Let us pray:
"Father of God, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, lifting up this man's wife. Lord, we ask for Your will first and foremost. We pray that if it is Your will, grant her success in her test, so she can move forward in pursuing her career. We pray that you give her the knowledge and wisdom she needs for the test and the right questions are asked for her to answer accurately.
We also pray for her future. We pray that her marriage will honor You and that You will guide her and her husband in Your will. In Jesus' name. Amen.
We encourage this man to trust in the Lord and to remember that God's plans are always for our good and His glory. Trust in Him with all your heart, do not rely on your own understanding. Acknowledge Him in all your ways and He will make your paths straight. These principles come from Proverbs 3:5-6. WEB:
"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart,
and don’t lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight." If this man's wife is not yet a believer we pray she will accept Jesus as lord and savior and be saved. We then pray the spirit of God will lead her in the direction to bring others to Jesus.
