We are truly saddened to hear about the situation you are facing with your wife and children. We will stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement and advice.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16 WEB) and that He desires for marriages to be reconciled and restored. It seems that there are complexities in your situation, including accusations that need to be addressed with wisdom and integrity.
We must remind you, even in these tough times, to keep your conduct above reproach. Do not repay evil for evil or accusation for accusation, but rather, overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21 WEB). It is important to remain calm when approached by your wife and her lawyers, as it is only wise to be kind and compassionate. (Proverbs 15:1 WEB).
In this situation, it is crucial to handle the accusations of abuse with seriousness and integrity. If the allegations are false, then we pray that the truth will come to light. If there is any truth to them, then we urge you to seek godly counsel and repentance, as God opposes the wicked and abusive (Psalm 7:9-11 WEB). True repentance will help to restore your marriage and family.
Remember that we are to love our wives as Christ loved the church, that is our sacrificial devoted love that is not dependent on her actions (Ephesians 5:25 WEB). Continue to express your love and the importance of family to your wife.
We also encourage you to examine your marriage and the events leading up to your wife's decision to leave. It is important to seek the Lord's guidance and ask Him to reveal any areas where you may have fallen short as a husband and father. Be sure to confess and turn away from any sin that may be hindering your marriage and affecting your family.
We will pray for you, your wife, and your children. We will pray for the truth to be revealed and for the false accusations to be proven as such. We will ask God to soften your wife's heart and bring her to a place of repentance and reconciliation. We will also pray for your children, that they will be protected and comforted during this time, and that they will ultimately be reunited with you.

Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up this man, his wife, and their children. Lord, we know that You desire for marriages to be reconciled and for families to be restored. We ask that You would intervene in this situation and bring truth to light. Father, we pray for this man, that You would give him the strength and wisdom to navigate this difficult time. We ask that You would soften his wife's heart and bring her to a place of repentance and reconciliation. Lord, we also pray for their children, that You would protect them and comfort them during this time. We ask that You would ultimately reunite this family and bring healing and restoration. Father please help him love his wife as Christ loved the church. Father, we pray that the judge makes a decision based only on facts and not on accusations. We pray that every legal battle is won, not by might nor by power, but by Your Spirit (Zechariah 4:6 WEB). We thank You for Your faithfulness and Your love, and we ask all of these things in Jesus' name. Amen.
Lastly, we noticed that there was no mention to Jesus Christ in your prayer request. As a reminder, it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the God the Father (John 14:6 WEB). If you have never put your faith in Jesus Christ, we encourage you to do so and to seek Him in all areas of your life.
