We have heard your cry for protection over your wife and your marriage and we stand with you together before the Lord in this distressing situation. What her former husband is doing in stalking her, even digitally, is sinful, controlling and not of God, and we rebuke that spirit of harassment and intimidation. God honors the covenant of marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, and your current marriage is to be guarded and protected. Her former husband has no longer any God given authority over her and his pursuit of her is a violation of the boundaries God has established.
We pray that the Lord will cut off every avenue of access he has sought to use and will blind and confuse the enemy who is driving this behavior. As it is written, No weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17, and But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3. We ask God to be her refuge and fortress. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust Psalm 91:1-2. We also pray that God will guard her heart, not with hardness or bitterness, but with godly wisdom and strength so she is not drawn back or troubled by his manipulation. Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life Proverbs 4:23. We ask the Lord to give her peace, clarity and holy resolve to have no fellowship with that former bond, and to keep her eyes fully on her marriage and on Christ.

We ask You to take him far away from her in every way, to restrain his actions and to bring conviction to his heart that he would repent and turn from this evil. We pray You would harden her heart in the godly sense, that she would be unmoved by his words, not entangled again, but guarded and kept in Your perfect peace. Bring justice, Lord, for Vengeance belongs to me, says the Lord Romans 12:19, and we trust You to act righteously. Give this couple wisdom for practical steps, to secure accounts with new passwords and two factor protection, to document all evidence, to seek help from trusted pastors and elders, and to involve proper authorities for protection including law enforcement and if needed a protective order, for You have established authorities for our good. Comfort this wife who is surely troubled, for Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart Psalm 34:18, and let her husband be strengthened to lead and cover her with love and prayer. Establish their marriage in unity and let no man divide what You have joined together. We pray all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior, amen.

Your cry concerning this grievous stalking has been brought before the throne of grace, and we have carried your wife and your household to the Lord in prayer.
It is well to have grace enough to see that no trouble springs out of the dust without the Lord's knowledge, for He kindles the fiery furnace and sits as a Refiner at the door. Yet let it never be forgotten that in all that God does He acts from good reasons, and He is gracious and says, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, for I have found a ransom. That ransom is Christ Jesus alone, and deliverance from spiritual bondage and from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as deliverance from guilt. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy, and unless a supernatural power is put forth, any form of deliverance is worth nothing.
We entreat the Lord with you that He would cut off every avenue of this digital intrusion, blind the eyes that seek to watch and harass, and confuse the devices of the adversary. From the time when Satan fell, God's purpose has been to break down everything which sets itself up in opposition to Him, and He casts down the mighty from their seats while He lifts up the poor. We pray that He would restrain this man, take him far away, and break in pieces all arrogance and malice that presumes upon authority He has not delegated. We ask that He would give His angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways, for this protection is perpetual as well as personal, and that He would keep your wife aloof from the ways of ungodly men and in close and intimate fellowship with Himself, where no real injury can befall the soul.
We pray also that the Lord would harden her heart in the holy sense, not toward Himself, but in steadfast resolve against every enticement, intimidation or fear from this former husband, that she may be delivered from the fascinating power of sin and from the power of darkness, and be kept in peace within her borders. May that which you receive from the rod of the Lord bear the blessed aspect of chastening from a Father's hand, and may you be enabled to moderate your anger against second causes while you look to your heavenly Father altogether and alone for sanctification and deliverance.
Walk in the appointed ways of prudence and righteousness, using every lawful means to block access and seeking help from those appointed to keep the peace, and continue to declare the works of the Lord, who has chastened sorely but has not given over unto death. Be of good comfort, for Christ calls you to Himself, and there alone is balm in Gilead. We will continue to pray that you shall not die but live, and declare what the Lord has done in delivering you from the pit and from the hand of the oppressor.
