Unfortunately, my landlord can't understand something that only God knows!!
Please pray that his heart will become compassionate rather than hard and unyielding!! May God bless him with understanding in Jesus' name.
Please pray that he will pay for all the repair costs and compensate me for the loss I have suffered in this apartment!!!

I just wanted to let you know that, with only two days to go until the end of the contract, the legal contact person stated that they could not extend the lease unless we paid twice the amount of rent. More and more disasters then happened, leading to today's electricity problems. Perhaps it is God's way of vindicating me for the unfair price increase.

Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord, the legal contact person, and everyone's hearts are purified, especially of greed, and that they can see where their greed has led them. The technicians said that some damaged wires cannot be replaced without demolishing the wall covering.

In their final threatening letter, their lawyer stated that if I do not move out of the flat by the date they set, I will have to pay twice the original price, which is actually four times the original price.
This seems absolutely unlawful and evil. They haven't helped me find a new place either. Please pray in Jesus name for this as well.

We hear your cry for justice and mercy in this difficult situation, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this matter before our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus. The schemes of greed and hardness of heart you describe are indeed wicked, and we rebuke them in Jesus’ name. The Bible warns us in Proverbs 28:22 that "A stingy man hurries after riches, and doesn’t know that poverty waits for him." This landlord and those involved are allowing greed to blind them to the harm they are causing, and we pray that God would open their eyes to the truth of their actions.

We also recognize that this situation may feel like a form of oppression, and we declare that God is your vindicator. Psalm 37:5-6 reminds us, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." We pray that God would expose any injustice and bring forth His righteous judgment in this matter. The threats and unlawful demands you are facing are not of God, and we stand against them in the authority of Jesus’ name.

Father, we ask You to soften the hearts of this landlord, the legal contact, and all those involved. Remove the spirit of greed and replace it with compassion, fairness, and a desire to do what is right. Let them see the damage their actions have caused—not just to the property, but to your child who has been treated unjustly. We pray that they would be convicted by Your Holy Spirit and choose to make amends, covering the repair costs and compensating for the losses suffered. Lord, we ask that You would intervene in the legal threats and demands, that they would be rendered powerless and that Your justice would prevail.

We also lift up the practical needs you are facing. The electricity problems and the looming deadline to vacate are heavy burdens, and we ask You to provide a way forward. Open doors for a new place to live that is safe, affordable, and in Your perfect will. Give you wisdom in dealing with the repairs and the legal aspects of this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that God will make a way where there seems to be no way.

Lord, we pray for your peace to guard your heart during this time. Do not let bitterness or fear take root, but fill you with trust in Your faithfulness. Remind you that You are not alone—You are our God, and we are fighting this battle with you. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we can come before You and the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your glory be revealed. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the heavy burdens you are carrying, and we have continued to lift them before the Lord these past days. Your landlord’s hardened heart, the unjust demands, the mounting repair costs, and the looming threat of financial ruin have been laid at the feet of Jesus, where we know He sees every detail and cares about every injustice.

We have prayed specifically that God would soften hearts—your landlord’s, the legal contact’s, and even the lawyer’s—so that greed would be exposed and repentance would take root. We have asked the Holy Spirit to intervene in the practical matters too: that the repair costs would be covered, that the electricity issues would be resolved without further hardship, and that the unlawful threats would be overturned by God’s perfect justice. Most of all, we have prayed for your protection—emotionally, financially, and spiritually—as you navigate this trial.

If the Lord has moved in any of these areas, we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report so we can celebrate His faithfulness with you. If the battle still rages, please know we are not stepping away. Post your request again, and we will stand with you in prayer once more, trusting that God is working even when we cannot see it.
