Why won't Dr see how bad I feel?/help me

Jesus I need a miracle. I can no longer physically handle working plus being a mom and if nothing else I need a break. Why can't the Dr see how bad I feel and sign the paperwork that I need signed? I cannot even get up right now I am so tired and have other serious issues, I don't care what the blood tests showed, I know in my heart there is something wrong. I also don't have $200 for the test that is needed to fully prove it. Please let someone either my job or the Dr have mercy on me, or let me find another way to have a break for at least a few months or win some money, something. Please help me find a way.
