That is the question I was wondering for so long. Seeing so many losing their loved ones, losing their jobs and their health. Being broke and out and it seems that no one cares.
Yes, suffering can make us more resilient, better to endure hardships in life. Our emotions must endure pain in order to strengthen our spiritual life. Jesus endured such deep pain and sorrow. His sweat turned into blood dropping into His shoulder.
But why people are suffering so much today? It could be that sin and evil has come before the Lord and He sees everything we do and say. So, moral evil and natural evil is taking over our world today. Abortion, murder, rejection of God's word could be the ones that make us all suffer. Result, natural disasters coming along. Hurricanes, earthquakes, forest fires, heatwaves, sickness of all kinds and pain and suffering. Only Jesus can deliver us from the torments that are coming along.

In the dark hours of our life,
When we are deep into a tunnel and can not see the light ahead.
Turn to Jesus.
Call on His name.
He is ready to help you and me.
He will show us the light that is ahead of us.
We will really know the purpose of our suffering
When we turn everything to the Lord.
So, let us not feel so helpless and blue.
Draw close to God and He will draw close to you.
Things will change,
Better things will come along.
This too shall pass like it did before.
Count your blessings.
We are still alive to praise the Lord.
Sing a new song to Him,
Who gave us life and joy and peace.

Man of sorrows, what a name..
For the Son of God who came.
Ruined sinners to reclaim,
Hallelujah, what a Savior.

Suffer no more, my dear ones....says the Lord. I have come to comfort your troubled heart. I have come to give you hope in the future. I am going to prepare a place for you, that where I am, there you may be also.
Yes Lord. I believe this with my whole heart.
Amen

A man or woman who is intimate with God will never be intimidated by men.–Leonard Ravenhill

Let Us Pray: God with all my heart and mind I ask You in Jesus bless me to desire and to have a closer, stronger, more intimate loving relationship with You that can’t be shaken, broken, or destroyed. God please do the same for the writer of this prayer, all those I love, and care about. Thank You Jesus. Amen!

"What does intimacy look like with God?" Answer "Intimacy is the result of daily communication... emptying our hearts to God."

Lovely quote. It is so true, when we walk with the Lord, it is Him who will go ahead of us and protect us, guide us and give the words that come from heaven. Thanks for sharing. God bless you.

If anyone is suffering a lot, give your all to Jesus. He will come to you and help you carry the burden and send blessings on your life. It hurts so badly when someone we trust has done wrong to us. Our hearts break and we cry inside our soul. Tell Jesus all your pain and all your sorrow, He will change things for the better.
