Why people are so busy these days?

They are looking for escapism from their guilt, from depression and from fear from going to hell. Some are busy with fear of FOMO, Fear of Missing Out on what our friends are saying about us online. The digital age makes us all even busier than ever before. Wants to be connected with everyone and blurring the line between life and work. Do not be the person who is too busy sharing Jesus with those who live next to you or work with you in the office or in school grounds. Do not be too busy when you are young and too tired when you are old. Jesus needs us today to be true witnesses of His word. He is alive forever more. Amen

Oh you don't have to tell me twice, how busyness can be an enemy. How many times have I gotten sidetracked from what I wanted or needed to do, including post on here, because the busyness was breathing down my back. The people you described, yes, I think they're afraid of their own thoughts, so the busyness is a cover-up. But for me, I think it can be used as a weapon against us by the devil, because when the busyness is always popping up, it's a distraction against godly things.

Like to be busy specially at work. You have to be doing something so the boss will not get on your back and tell you what to do. Make time to speak to your heavenly Father wherever you are. The whole world is a busy place but we as chosen by God, should be talking to our heavenly Father on a daily basis.
