It sounds like a cruel joke being played.I don't understand the reasoning behind this, but I notice that one person might be starved for a certain thing in their lives, but it seems to always elude them--then on the other end, another person gets what the first one wants, to an a degree that's the other extreme, and they actually hate having it!!I could give examples, including with myself compared to others, but let's say, a person with a "slow metabolism" gains weight very easily, wants to lose the excess, but can't. On the other end, we have a skinny person who, no matter what, can't put on the pounds. So here's the "punch line"--one thinks the other "has it made",while the other actually envies the first, and thinks THEY'RE the blessed one!!Some say they're bored with too much time, then there's someone like me who agonizes because I don't have ENOUGH time. Some say they're "lonely" because they're not in touch with enough people--I, on the other hand, feel that instead of putting up with everyones idiosyncrasies and annoying traits, would love to trade places with the "lonely" one.So the question, is, what's up with these "imbalances?"Why does one get what the other wants, and vice versa? Is this just a dissatisfied spirit we have, or an imbalance given us at the Fall?Like, an actual unfairness?
