Why I need the Spot

Dear Lord Jesus, I need the ### spot. I need to get my foot in the door. I want to try to get a little bit of my puppet series and asking to become a big shot. Iconic thing and promote it is to qualify. You is the uplift unfortunate people who who could be the same as unlucky more or even less than me. Getting a TV spot increase my chance and it makes me feel better and it’s something I’ve been wanting to go through. I’m already doing labor out in the sun and tired and bored and the discrimination humiliating pass from grade school to work and abuse and hypocrisy I can’t tell you. Really compensate for things I want to use my work to glorify you and I want to help uplift other people so they can make good living. Because lots of Christians get success in payment and I’m not asking to have nearly as much as a lot of them, but my good share. All my life just since cleaning up after animals given Paul’s promises living in isolation I’ve had enough of this please do something. In Neus Name Amen

We hear your heart, dear brother, and we stand with you in prayer before the throne of grace. Your desire to use your talents, your puppet series, to glorify God and uplift others is noble and aligns with Scripture. The Lord has given each of us gifts to steward for His kingdom, and it is right to ask Him to open doors for their use. The Apostle Paul writes, "Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen." (Ephesians 3:20-21 WEB). We believe God can do far more than we imagine, and we pray He will make a way for your work to reach those who need encouragement.

Yet we must also gently address some areas where your request could be refined to align more fully with God’s will. First, while ambition is not wrong, we must guard our hearts against the desire to become a "big shot" or an "iconic thing." Scripture warns, "For where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed." (James 3:16 WEB). Instead, let us seek first God’s kingdom and His righteousness (Matthew 6:33), trusting that He will provide opportunities in His perfect timing. Your goal to glorify God and help others is beautiful, but we must ensure our motives remain pure, free from the love of fame or worldly success.

You also mention the hardships you’ve endured, labor in the sun, discrimination, humiliation, and isolation, and we grieve with you. These trials are not from God, and we rebuke the spirit of oppression that has weighed you down. Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28 WEB). You are not forgotten, and your suffering matters to Him. We pray for healing over the wounds of your past and present, that you would know your worth in Christ.

Regarding your mention of "Neus Name," we must clarify that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If this was a simple misspelling, we rejoice that you are calling on Him. If not, we urge you to examine your heart and ensure you are approaching God through His Son, for "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" (John 14:6 WEB).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother and his desires. Lord, You see his heart, his longing to glorify You and to use his gifts to encourage others. We ask that You open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) for his puppet series to reach those who need hope. Give him favor with the right people, wisdom in his steps, and patience to wait on Your timing.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of weariness and oppression that has weighed him down. Heal the wounds of discrimination, humiliation, and isolation. Remind him that he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that his labor in You is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). Provide rest for his body and peace for his soul.

Lord, purify his motives. Let his ambition be for Your glory alone, not for personal fame or validation. If there is any pride or selfishness in his heart, reveal it to him and help him surrender it to You. May his work be a light in this dark world, pointing others to Christ.

We also pray for provision. You know his needs, and we trust You to meet them. Give him "his good share" of success, not for selfish gain, but so he can live generously and continue to serve You. Let his life be a testimony of Your faithfulness.

Finally, Father, we ask that You draw him closer to Yourself. Let him find his identity in Christ, not in his circumstances or the opinions of others. Fill him with Your joy and peace, and use him powerfully for Your kingdom.

We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

Brother, we encourage you to keep pressing into God’s Word. Meditate on Psalm 37:4-5: "Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this." Your dreams are not too big for God, but they must be submitted to His will. Keep creating, keep praying, and keep trusting. The same God who parted the Red Sea can open the doors you need. Stay faithful in the small things, and He will entrust you with more. You are not alone in this journey, we are praying for you.

Another type i don’t care to be a big shot. To specify. I am not ego and greedy but I still want my work to go national and let’ others have their breaks.

We hear how tired you are, tired of the hard, lonely work and the memories of humiliation that still sting. You’ve been faithful in small things, cleaning up after animals day after day, and you have a creative spark with your puppet series that you long to use for something bigger. It’s completely understandable to want a door to open, to feel your share of blessing and a way out of isolation.

What stands out to us is how much you genuinely want to glorify God and lift others up. That desire doesn’t depend on a TV spot, it’s already alive in you. We’ve seen how healing it can be when that kind of gift finds even small places to breathe. While you wait for a larger opportunity, maybe there’s a way to let your creativity out now: share a short puppet video with a few trusted friends from church, or offer a simple performance for a children’s class or a senior center. Not as a stepping-stone to something bigger, but as an act of love right where you are, breaking the isolation bit by bit. Sometimes, moving out of loneliness happens when we bring a little light to someone else’s day, even without a spotlight.

We also want you to know we’re praying with you, not just for a door to open, but for you to sense Christ’s steady presence in the grueling, boring moments. He sees the work no one else notices, and he hasn’t forgotten you.

Jesus, this person is exhausted and worn thin. Wrap them in your peace today. Give them a real sense of your nearness in the heat and the loneliness. Open the right doors for their creativity to flourish, and in the meantime strengthen their heart to keep going. Bring a few people into their life who will truly see and value them, and use their puppet-gift to encourage others right now. Even in the waiting, let them taste your goodness. Amen.

You speak of needing "the spot", a television spot, an open door for your work, but I must first ask you a far more searching question. Is the spot of your soul the spot of God's children? For there is a spot which is not the spot of His children, a self-made peace, a confidence built upon your own desires and labors, crying "Peace, peace, where there is no peace." Many go about to establish their own righteousness, seeking a platform for their name, and have not submitted to the righteousness which is of God by faith. Their spot is not the spot of God's children. The true spot is an abiding and continual token, not a thing of yesterday, nor a craving for recognition, it is the mark of the new birth, the seal of the Spirit, the blood of Christ applied to the conscience. I pray you examine whether your longing for a TV spot has not become tangled with a deeper soul-spot that must be made right before the Lord.

Your letter breathes weariness and a sense of injustice, labor in the sun, humiliation, discrimination, isolation. You feel the need of compensation. But observe carefully: the ministry of God's children does not spring from a demand for our "good share" or to escape boredom. When Peter's wife's mother was healed of the great fever, she arose at once and ministered unto them. Hers was the ministry of gratitude, voluntarily rendered. She sought no platform; she simply served the Christ who had touched her. Is it not gracious on our Lord's part to leave room in His Church for all sorts of ministry? But beware of mistaking a desire to be a "big shot" for a call to glorify God. True usefulness looks not for iconic status; it stoops to wash the feet of the saints. He who is Almighty condescended to need the ministry of a poor woman. Will you not be content to serve Him in the place where His providence has set you, even if no camera records it?

You speak of Paul's promises, yet you groan under the burden of your present labor. Remember, the ministry of reconciliation is given to us, to men, not angels. Where has God placed you this very day? In the sun? Among animals? In isolation? That is your pulpit! That is the spot wherein you are to live out the word of reconciliation. It begins with this: "All things are of God." The reconciling work on God's part is already done in Christ. Are you reconciled to Him? If you are weary of your lot, it may be that you have not yet fully submitted to the lot itself as ordered by a loving Father. The proof of our ministry is not a spot on television; the proof is that we become a peculiar people, zealous for good works. The seal of God upon our service is not fame, but transformed lives, beginning with our own. It is well when a man can say, "Lord, cut deep! Let me know the worst of myself." Will you let Him search your heart regarding this ambition? Is it truly for His glory, or is it a compensation you seek for years of felt humiliation?

You are tired, bored, and feel the sting of others' hypocrisy. My brother, I would not wish upon any man the ministry that does not feel its fearful responsibility. But those who are truly useful keep to their post; they do not discourage the servant of God by fleeing to another man's field for a greater harvest. You say you want to uplift the unfortunate, then begin with those around you now. Make haste! Do not put off the service of today while dreaming of a wider door tomorrow. The harvest nights of the church are when souls are won in the present sphere, not when we project a future triumph. Your puppet work may indeed be a talent to be used, but if no door opens for it on a grand scale, will you still serve Him cheerfully in the small corner? Even if your ministry is attested by only one converted soul, it is enough. It is something to have our ministry attested, but it is much more to have your salvation attested. Seek first the spot of God's children upon your own heart, and then leave the spot of your service entirely in His hands. He who humbled himself to accept the ministry of a fisherman will not despise the offering of a weary laborer cleansed by grace.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
