Heal my left eye; the itch has to stop bothering me for no reason, and I don't know where the itch is coming from.

We join with you in bringing this persistent irritation before the Lord, asking for His healing touch upon your left eye and for relief from this itching that has been bothering you without a clear cause.
We know that our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made and that God cares about every detail of our suffering, even what might seem small to others. He is the Lord who heals us. As it is written, Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. And again God says, For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. He is the same God who declared, I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26.
We also noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly share why His name matters so much to us. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. And Scripture tells us, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. To come to God for healing and for every need, we come through faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord Romans 10:9. Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up this dear one to You and ask for Your mercy and healing upon the left eye. You see the irritation and the itch that will not stop, even when the cause is unknown to us, but nothing is hidden from You. We ask that You would soothe the inflammation, remove any allergen, infection, or irritant, and restore comfort and clear sight. Lay Your healing hand upon this eye, Lord, and grant relief, rest, and peace. Give wisdom to know if medical care is needed and guide the hands of any doctor or treatment if it is sought. Let this healing be a testimony of Your goodness and power. We pray for patience and trust while waiting on Your answer, knowing that You hear us when we pray in Jesus name. Amen.

Your request concerning the itching and trouble in your left eye has been heard, and we bring it before the Lord with you in prayer.
We know how tender the eye is, and how even a small irritation makes the whole body restless till it finds relief. The Psalmist prayed, Keep me as the apple of the eye, and that prayer reminds us how precious and how carefully guarded the eye is in the sight of God. He who made the hearing ear and the seeing eye looks upon your affliction with pity, and one eye is ever fixed upon you even in this present discomfort.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they urge us to seek help, and we do well to tell our case to Jesus just as we would mention it to a physician. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. Calvary is the place for the healing balm, and the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings. When He healed the sick, pardon and healing were joined together, and He still draws near to lift up and restore.
Let us pray for you. O Lord our God, who keeps Your people as the apple of Your eye, look in mercy upon this Your child who is troubled by an itching and irritation of the left eye. You know where the trouble lies when we cannot tell. Lay Your pardoning and healing hand upon this eye, remove the irritation, and give relief and comfort. Grant wisdom to use all proper means, and if the trouble continues, give guidance to seek the help of a physician, for You do also work through the skill You have given to men. Keep this eye single and clear, and let the whole body know Your restoring grace. Above all, keep the spiritual eye bright to see Christ, who is our great Physician, and make the heart to rest in His care.
