Why Am I So Forgetful

I don't know why i can't remember anything or think back to anything that i need to remember to know what to do and what not to do

and i need to think smartly about things and put it to action in my heart the right thing to do

i need to remember what is important to remember or to know

but im scared im going to just think wrongly bout it too if i remember

please fix all my memory problems Jesus

including me to stop experiencing the bad things i went through when i think of them 

all the old feelings come back or they are triggered

Please help me Jesus 

i can't suffer silently all the time and not talk about things with others 

so that they might understand and know what im going through so i wont be alone in it anymore

something is always trying to scare me out of talking about things

and also please let me stay in a good non hurting way that is way better then befor
