Why am I being tested?

Dear Lord,

We found out it my ### may have to be off work for six weeks. We do not have the money for him to be off work for six weeks with our daughter being chronically ill. I am placing this in your hands God because I do not have a clue what we are going to do. I don't know why this year has been so terrible but I pray God that we have passed your test and you please bless us with the things we need and take this burden from us.
