Jesus followed God's instructions, and was lied on, talked about, betrayed, mistreated, nailed to a cross, and is now seated at the right hand of the Father.

"The wicked plot against the righteous and gnash their teeth at them; but the Lord laughs at the wicked, for he knows their day is coming. The wicked draw the sword and bend the bow to bring down the poor and needy, to slay those whose ways are upright." Psalm 37:12-14

I am following Jesus's instructions, and I've been lied on, talked about, betrayed, mistreated, and jailed...

Nevertheless,

If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us: 2 Timothy 2:12
