Where Is The God Of Elijah?

James 5: 15-18 states 'And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain; and it did not rain on the land for 3 years and 6 months. And he prayed again, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced fruit.' Lord God of Elijah, You who answers by fire, hear us and let all manner of barreness give way to increase in Jesus name...amen

Jehovah, we come as intercessorys as Elijah did listening for the sound of your voice that we may follow your instructions that the people learn your ways and will. I stand before this morning, asking you to please to my mind that I may know what it is you want me to do to please you in my life. All valuables have been relinguished and now I sit at the table with my laptop and plead my cause- "for this reason..." Jesus said, now I ask, "for this reason, Lord where now?"

The Lord of Elijah is still amonmg us and we serve you. We continue to serve you whe our spouses leave. We continue to serve you when our children are taken away. We continue to serve you when all manner of accusations are spoken against us. We continue to pray through the tears of lonliness. We continue to serve you sitting here alone in a small hotel room called home and a laptop. The Lord of Elijah still reigns and he reigns inside my soul!

Thank you Lord Jesus for choosing me to stand for your righteousness. Thank you for healing me and equipping me to stand. Thank you for allowing others to see how to stand in the midst of it all. Thank you that you are my support and that you supply all my needs. Thank you for your favor upon my life. Thank you for a place inside your plan for my redemption- truly I am unworthy but you call me worthy. I am unholy but you call me holy and for that I bow down and praise you, most righteous and holy one of Israel, the King of kings and Lord of lords, the one and only true and wise God, Jesus. Amen.
