When Jesus came into my life
He made things new;
I may not always understand,
but His word is always true.
He touched my heart, renewed my soul
And gave me a new life...
no longer do have to live
in vanity and strife
Sometimes the things I hear stick,
and cut me like a knife...
but the Lord can heal my soul,

I thought it was it,
no hope future brigs...
The Lord says not so,
that's just where it begins
Instead of just mourning for days that has gone by
