When I discussed with a few associates about the problem I'm having with my ex refusing to leave me alone, and keeps threatening, everyone's response was "Maybe you need a weapon to make sure you're safe," but I'm still putting this situation in God's hands. I am a Christian woman, and me having to hurt him shouldn't even become necessary. I am trusting God with my safety, and believe He will protect me and my loved ones. I need not to feel unsafe at home because of this.

A lot of times when we focus on the problem and speak about it to others and hear their opinions, it takes on a life of its own. But if we give it to the Lord and thank Him for keeping you safe and sheltered, and know with complete confidence that He has set His angels about you, then you are at peace.

Father, I pray for this guy (the ex) who needs to know you. I pray for outpouring of your mercies that are new every morning. Bless him with the knowledge of Your love so that he will begin to live in the freedom that Jesus Christ died to give him. Open his understanding to truth, his eyes to see the glorious light of the gospel of life and freedom.
