When Does It End?

I see and hear praises to prayer request a lot. I took a full-time permanent job washing cars with a bachelor's degree and washing cars, but now my wife's belly button is bleeding. Last time it was bleeding she was 18 and took a while before doctors did surgery on her. But after surgery she could barely move for a few weeks, which means if she has surgery again she will need me to watch her, which means I will not be able to work and she will not be able to work.

Why is it that God seems to favor one person's prayer request over another?
