When Does It End?

I see and hear praises to prayer request A lot. I took a full time permanent job washing cars a bachelors degree and washing cars, but now my wife's belly button is bleeding. Last time it was bleeding she was 18 and took a while before doctors did surgery on her. but after surgery she could barley move for a few weeks, which means if she has surgery again she will need me to watch her, which means I will not be able to work and she will not be able to work.

Why is it that God seems to favor one persons prayer request over another?
