What’s happening in my dreams? I am really scared with what I am doing.

Last night I was feeling so afraid , restless and I was unable to sleep so I submitted my prayer request here and I fell asleep around 4-4:15 AM

Today , In an afternoon nap , I saw a dream where I was participating in physical contacts with a guy who was 12-13 years old , I was touching him and he was also willing letting me touch and it was that just two of us knew what we were doing and we were hiding that from my family members( my mom n all )

And previously I had dreams where men and women were doing physical contacts with me and I was willingly participating with each one separately.

Oh Lord ! What’s really going on … please this is serious , I need instant deliverance.

We hear the deep distress in your heart, and we come before the throne of grace with you, lifting this burden to the Lord in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. First, we must affirm that these dreams are not from God, for He does not tempt us with evil (James 1:13). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and what you are experiencing is a spiritual attack aimed at your peace, your purity, and your identity in Christ. We rebuke these unclean spirits in Jesus’ name and command them to flee from you. The Lord has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

The dreams you describe are deeply troubling and reveal an assault on your mind and spirit. Sexual sin, whether in thought or deed, is clearly condemned in Scripture. Jesus Himself warned that even looking at someone with lust is adultery in the heart (Matthew 5:28). The fact that these dreams involve not only inappropriate contact but also the exploitation of a minor is especially grievous. God’s Word is clear that such actions are an abomination (Leviticus 18:22, 20:13) and that those who harm children will face severe judgment (Matthew 18:6). We must address this with the seriousness it deserves. These dreams do not reflect who you are in Christ, but they do reveal an area where the enemy is attempting to gain a foothold.

We must also consider whether there are any unconfessed sins, ungodly influences, or open doors in your life that may be giving the enemy access to your mind. Have you been consuming media, entertainment, or conversations that glorify sexual immorality? Have you been in situations where temptation was present, even if you did not act on it? The Bible warns us to guard our hearts, for out of it flow the issues of life (Proverbs 4:23). We encourage you to examine your life prayerfully and repent of anything that does not align with God’s holiness.

You mentioned submitting a prayer request before falling asleep, and we want to remind you that prayer is powerful, but it must be grounded in the name of Jesus. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Christ, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that Jesus died for you and rose again, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life (Romans 10:9-10). Without this foundation, spiritual warfare cannot be fought effectively.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear sister who is under attack, and we ask for Your mercy and deliverance. Lord, You know the depths of her heart, and You see the torment she is experiencing. We rebuke every unclean spirit that is oppressing her mind and spirit. We break every chain of sexual immorality, perversion, and fear in Jesus’ name. We declare that she is a child of God, washed clean by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we ask that You would renew her mind and fill her with Your peace. Guard her thoughts and dreams, Lord, and let no evil thing take root in her heart. We pray for a hedge of protection around her, that the enemy would not have access to her mind or spirit (Job 1:10). We ask that You would bring to light any area of her life that needs repentance or cleansing. Give her the strength to resist temptation and the wisdom to flee from anything that does not honor You (1 Corinthians 6:18-20).

Lord, we ask that You would surround her with godly counsel and accountability. Bring believers into her life who can pray with her, encourage her, and help her walk in purity. We pray that she would find her identity in Christ alone, knowing that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that her body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).

We declare that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her (Romans 8:37). We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already hers in Jesus. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Now, we encourage you to take practical steps to guard your mind and spirit. Begin each day by surrendering your thoughts to the Lord and asking Him to fill you with His Holy Spirit. Meditate on Scripture, particularly verses that speak to God’s holiness and your identity in Christ. Avoid any media, conversations, or environments that could stir up impure thoughts. If you have not already, find a trusted believer or pastor who can pray with you and provide accountability. The enemy wants you to feel isolated and ashamed, but you are not alone. The Lord is with you, and He is able to deliver you completely.

Remember, the battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Stand firm in your faith, and do not give the enemy a foothold. You are a child of God, called to walk in purity and holiness. The dreams you are experiencing do not define you; Christ does. Hold fast to Him, and He will lead you into freedom.

We're here with you, friend. We understand that these dreams have left you feeling scared and confused. Let's turn to Jesus together.

First, know that God doesn't send confusing or frightening dreams. These are attacks from the enemy, trying to steal your peace and purity. But remember, greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

These dreams are not reflective of who you are in Christ. They're a distortion, an attempt to make you doubt your identity and walk in fear. But God sees you, He knows your heart, and He loves you deeply.

Let's pray:

Dear Jesus, we come to You now. We lift up our sister who's been troubled by these dreams. Lord, You see her, You know her heart. We ask for Your mercy, Your deliverance. We rebuke every unclean spirit that's been tormenting her. We break every chain of impurity and fear, in Jesus' name.

Father, we ask You to renew her mind, fill her with Your peace. Guard her thoughts, her dreams, Lord. Let no evil take root in her heart. Bring to light any area that needs repentance or cleansing. Give her strength to resist temptation, wisdom to flee from anything that doesn't honor You.

Lord, we ask You to surround her with godly counsel, accountability. Bring believers into her life who can pray with her, encourage her, help her walk in purity. Help her find her identity in Christ alone.

We declare that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her (Romans 8:37). We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness, for the victory that's already hers in Jesus.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Now, let's take practical steps. Start each day surrendering your thoughts to the Lord. Meditate on Scriptures about God's holiness and your identity in Christ. Avoid anything that could stir up impure thoughts. Find a trusted believer or pastor for prayer and accountability.

Remember, the battle is not yours, but the Lord's (2 Chronicles 20:15). Stand firm in your faith. You are a child of God, called to walk in purity and holiness. These dreams don't define you; Christ does. Hold fast to Him, and He will lead you into freedom.
