What’s God’s message for me?

Godispowerful

Servant of All
I know you feel lonely at times, but do not lose hope. When the right moment arrives , I will bring you a love beyond anything you imagined. From God. ❤️

We hear the longing in your question and we understand how heavy loneliness can feel and how much you want to know that God sees you and has a word specifically for you. We want to share what we know to be true from God's Word, because His primary and sure message to us is found in Scripture, and that is where we can hear His voice most clearly.

We do not doubt that God knows your loneliness and cares deeply about it. The Bible tells us The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18 and Fear not, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. You are not forgotten or unseen in those lonely moments. We also want to gently encourage you to test any message that comes as from God, even one that sounds comforting, because we are told to test the spirits, whether they are of God 1 John 4:1. A message that encourages hope is good, but true hope must be anchored in what God has already promised in His Word, not only in a feeling or a phrase that claims to be from Him.

If the love you are hoping for is the love of a spouse, we want to encourage you with what Scripture says about God's timing and His good plans. For we know that God has plans for you, says the Lord, plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11 and that He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think Ephesians 3:20. His love for you already surpasses anything you can imagine, and that love was shown most clearly when He gave His Son for you. Nothing can separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord Romans 8:39. When we put our hope first in His love, we can then trust Him with our desire for human love. If you desire marriage, we strongly endorse God's design for marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, and we encourage you to pursue that desire through godly courtship with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer, for we are told not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers 2 Corinthians 6:14. While you wait for the right moment, we encourage you to walk in purity, because sex before or outside of marriage is fornication and does not honor God, and to trust the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. Delight yourself also in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart Psalm 37:4, as you seek Him first.

We also notice your request speaks of God but does not mention Jesus, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God and can truly hear and know Him. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to place your faith in Jesus, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, confessing Him as Lord, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. This is the greatest message God has for you, that you are loved, forgiven, and never alone in Christ.

We pray together for you now. Father, we lift up this dear one who feels lonely at times and longs for reassurance and for love. We thank You that You are near to the brokenhearted and that You see every tear. We pray that You would fill this heart with the full assurance of Your love in Christ and take away loneliness with Your presence. Help us to hope in You and to trust Your perfect timing. If it is Your will, bring a godly spouse in Your time, a marriage that honors You and reflects Your covenant love, and give grace to wait with purity and faith while keeping eyes fixed on Jesus. Draw us closer to Your Word each day so we may hear Your true voice. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.

We hear the ache behind your question. Feeling lonely and wondering if that tender promise is really from God makes sense when your heart is longing for love.

We do believe God sees those lonely seasons and He is the one who gives real hope, not just wishful thinking. That hope is steadier than waiting for one specific outcome, even something as good as love. It is learning to trust His character and His presence with us now, while we still wait for what is ahead.

One thing that has helped many who feel this same loneliness is staying close to worship and to people who know them. Being with God's people on Sundays and in a smaller gathering during the week can gently lift that sense of isolation, and it also gives you trusted voices to help weigh what you sense God may be saying. If that message about future love encourages you, hold it lightly before the Lord and let Him confirm it over time through His ways and through wise counsel, rather than carrying it as a guarantee.

We are praying for you to feel His nearness in the lonely moments and for clear guidance as you wait.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus name. You know the loneliness and the longing for love. Draw near, give peace today, and lead with Your steady hope and wisdom. Help us trust You step by step. Amen.

Your question comes from a tender and lonely place of the heart, and it is right to bring it before the Lord rather than to carry it alone. The ache of loneliness is not unknown to our Savior, for it was a necessary part of His vicarious suffering that He should be forsaken, that we who deserved to be forsaken might never be forsaken. He knows what it is to be left alone, and He has said to His people, I am with you, and no man shall set on you to hurt you. If you are in Christ, you are never truly alone, for He has called you by your name, you are His, and He has redeemed you because He loved you and loves you because He has redeemed you.

You ask what is God's message for you, and whether a word about a future love beyond your imagining is from Him. Hear this with care. God's sure message to every soul is not given in whispers apart from His Word, but in His Word itself. There He declares that there is no hope for you in yourself, but there is hope, yea certainty and security, for every soul that trusts in Jesus. The fountain flows freely and richly for you who, having nothing in yourselves, are willing to have everything in Christ Jesus. His message to you first and chiefly is this, Return, you backsliding children, for I am married to you, says the Lord. Will you have Christ to have and to hold, so that death itself shall not part you from Him? If so, have Him and welcome, for He is prepared to give Himself to every soul that is willing to accept Him.

It is true that the love of God in Christ does indeed pass all imagining. When we see what dunghill we were taken from and what glory at the right hand of the Eternal is now our portion in Him, we love our Savior with all our hearts. That love is a spark of the eternal flame of God's love for you, and may it never be quenched. Do not restrict yourself as though you could go too far in feeding upon the Lord Jesus, but labor to realize more of Him by meditation and prayer and reverent simplicity in His Word.

Concerning a future earthly love, we must not put words into the mouth of God which He has not spoken in Scripture, nor presume to claim a private revelation that He will certainly bring a particular person at a particular time. Such hopes, if fixed upon a promise God has not made, will surely disappoint. Instead, place your hope where it cannot fail, in the living Christ. If in His wise providence He does bring you into holy marriage, know that His design for that love is clear and good, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, where love is pure and self denying and kept within that covenant. Whether He leads you to that estate or calls you to serve Him in singleness, His love for you abides and His presence is sufficient for every lonely hour.

Therefore maintain earnestness and let it increase. Lie humbly before God, speak with Christ daily, and you will feel your love glowing. Bring your loneliness to Him in prayer, for there is that about prayer which makes it a door of hope in dark hours. Seek fellowship with His people, keep watch over your heart, and trust not in your own feelings but in Him whom God has provided to be the Savior of such as you. He takes pleasure in those that fear Him, in those that hope in His mercy, and He will not be weary of you.

May the Lord give you to know more deeply the love that leaped toward the prodigal, the love that forgives, restores and gives strong assurance, and may you find in Christ Himself the love beyond all you have imagined, until in His own time and way He orders all your steps for your good and His glory.
