Jesus I need you to continue to be their after I sinned and backslide god come to my rescue after the devil kept attacking me and my family I know god u will destroy the devil at his root, amen.

We hear your heart cry and we stand with you in prayer, asking the Lord not to take His joy from you. Your desire for His presence even after sinning and backsliding is evidence that His Spirit is still drawing you, and we thank God that you are turning back to Him. The psalmist prayed this same prayer after his own great sin, saying Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me. Don't throw me from your presence, and don't take your holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation. Renew a steadfast spirit within me Psalm 51:10-12. This is the joy you are seeking, not happiness from circumstances but the joy of salvation that comes from being forgiven and restored.
We want to encourage you that God is faithful to forgive when we come to Him in true repentance. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9. To backslide is serious, for it means turning away from the path He has set before us, but His mercy is still open to you as you confess, turn from that sin, and walk again in obedience. We urge you to not only ask for forgiveness but to forsake the sin that caused you to stumble, for God calls us to be holy as He is holy 1 Peter 1:16. Do not continue in sin that grace may abound Romans 6:1-2, but walk in newness of life, staying in His Word, in prayer, and in fellowship with other believers who will help keep you accountable.
We also join you in praying for protection over you and your family from the attacks of the enemy. The devil is real and he prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour 1 Peter 5:8, but we do not fear him because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4. We are told to be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7. The victory is already won through Jesus Christ, who disarmed the principalities and the powers Colossians 2:15, and we cling to the promise that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord Romans 8:38-39. We encourage you to put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil Ephesians 6:11, by daily prayer, reading Scripture, and speaking the truth of Christ over your household.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, thanking You that You hear us when we call. We lift up this dear one who is crying out for Your joy and Your presence after sin and backsliding. Lord, we ask You to forgive and cleanse according to Your promise, to create a clean heart and restore the joy of salvation. Do not take Your Holy Spirit away but renew a steadfast spirit within. We ask You to rescue and guard this family from every attack of the devil. We rebuke the enemy in Jesus name and ask You to break his influence at the root, to place a hedge of protection around this home, and to fill it with Your peace that passes all understanding Philippians 4:7. Strengthen our brother or sister to resist temptation, to walk in holiness, and to find joy again in Your presence, for the joy of Yahweh is your strength Nehemiah 8:10. Keep them close to Jesus, who is the way, the truth, and the life John 14:6, and let them know that You will never leave nor forsake those who trust in Him. We pray all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our hope and our salvation, amen.

Your cry not to lose the joy of the Lord after sin and backsliding has been heard, and I thank God that you still desire Him and still look to Jesus to be near you. If you know anything of sorrow for sin you are the very soul to understand the joy of sin being put away, and it will be done for you if you will but look to Jesus and simply trust Him.
There is forgiveness with God, and it is a divine forgiveness, a surprising forgiveness, a complete forgiveness. It is not the forgiveness of man but of Him against whom you have sinned, and He says, I, even I, am He that blotteth out thy transgressions. However sinful your life has been until now, there is forgiveness with Him. Where God draws no limit do not you draw any. Though you have backslidden, if you now sincerely close in with God's way of salvation and would gladly find deliverance from every sin, you may be assured that His promise is for you, I will heal their backsliding.
What is the healing of backsliding. It lies in two things, namely forgiveness of its sin and release from its power. Do you hate your backsliding and long to be free from it. Then pray as David prayed, Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation, and God will restore it. He will give you beauty for ashes and the oil of joy for mourning, and the bones which have been broken shall rejoice. This joy is not a fleeting mirth but the fruit of the Spirit from the root of trust in God. He that has joy in the Lord possesses the quintessence of happiness, and there is no monotony in that joy, for they that trust Him shall always shout for joy because He defends them.
You need not doubt your deliverance, for God has said, I have found a ransom. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance from the pit of hell through a ransom if God had not thought of it. He has not only invented the way but He has found the ransom and provided it in His own Son. The clock of mercy has struck in heaven the hour of deliverance for every soul that looks to Christ. Look to Him now and live.
You have asked also for rescue for your family under the attacks of the devil. We have been delivered from worse enemies and saved by a greater salvation than any deliverance of old. Our Lord Jesus Christ has overthrown the enemy and wrought out our deliverance. The devil is a defeated foe, and though he shoots his arrows and seeks to make you say that God's ear is shut, the Lord will move His arm to work deliverance for you. Put your trust not in your own strength but in Christ who has destroyed the works of darkness at the root by His cross and resurrection. Know thyself and you will be made miserable, know thy God in Christ and you will rejoice with joy unspeakable.
Let us pray for you. O Lord, look upon this penitent heart that trembles and desires forgiveness. For Christ's sake blot out all transgression and remember sin no more. Heal this backsliding, forgive its guilt and break its power, and restore unto this soul the joy of thy salvation. Lift up again the light of thy countenance and make this heart to overflow with peace through believing. Keep this soul and this household from the evil one, guard them within thy borders and give them to walk in that conscious, God given freedom which Christ has purchased with His blood. Let them find that there is forgiveness with Thee and therefore Thou art to be feared and loved and trusted. In the name of Jesus, our only ransom and our only hope, Amen.
