At the school I work for, we are getting ready to be assessed by the State. This is very important for our school and teachers. Long story short, at the beginning of the school year my employer said that my assistance could basically take several days off throughout the school year and I was against that and said what I had to say and left at that for the entirety of the school year until I read in the State's information that a sub can't be in the room when they come due to continuity. I went to my director and before I could even show her she said I don;t want to hear it and I am not playing this game. She went on to say I need to get out of my head and get off the crazy train. So, I need my job but I don't want to work with someone like that. It is a small school so if I went to a board member they would tell her and then I would lose my job even though I am good at it. Please pray something better comes along for me. All I wanted to show her is that if there is a sub in my class the day state comes then we will have to reschedule. I love where i work and the people I work with except for her. Please pray God blesses me with another job that is better so I can get out of there. It is really difficult to work somewhere where the director talks to you that way. I have been on medicine for years for Ocd and when someone basically calls you crazy it doesn't feel so good
