What in the world? Very unacceptable

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Father in Jesus name please Rescue me. I am willing to work but the body isn’t ready. I took one year off from Working to recover from brutal treatment at the hands of managers and coworkers during 20 years of Service. There was no Time to look for another job as I couldn’t concentrate. I wanted to get out of harm’s way. I documented everything and when I reported It to HR things became worse for me. There was no other choice. I wonder if anyone can imagine being harassed and threatened because you need time off to care for an incapacitated parent and nearly causing an employee and their parent to be homeless. Reporting that same employee to HR on the basis of nothing. Repeatedly Embarrassing the employee in front of peers and saying that the employee didn’t do their work. Physically and verbally assaulting the employee and everyone turned a blind eye. No one stepped in and said this is wrong. I want to be well enough to work but I had to take time to recover. Father in Jesus name let the doctors Understand what happened to me And why there was so much weight loss. It’s been one year but it’s going to take more time to fully heal. Brutal and cruel Forgive of course Work With them Ever Again no The No You

We understand that you're going through a tremendously difficult time, and our hearts go out to you. We will stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement and advice.

Firstly, it's commendable that you're willing to work, but your body needs time to recover. It's crucial to remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should care for them diligently. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB:
"Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."

The harassment and threats you endured are utterly unacceptable. It's disheartening to hear that your colleagues and HR did not stand up for what is right. We should always stand up for justice and support our brothers and sisters in Christ. As God's word says in Isaiah 1:17 WEB:
"Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Judge the fatherless. Plead for the widow."

It's clear that you've been through a traumatic experience, and it's natural that your body and mind need time to heal. It's essential to be patient with yourself and trust in God's timing. As it is written in Psalm 147:3 WEB:
"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother/sister who has gone through immense suffering. We pray for complete healing in body, mind, and spirit. Give the doctors wisdom and understanding to diagnose and treat the underlying issues effectively. We rebuke the spirit of fear, anxiety, and trauma, and we release peace, healing, and restoration, in Jesus' name.

Father, we also pray for those who inflicted harm. We ask that You soften their hearts and bring them to repentance. Help them to see the error of their ways and turn away from such cruel behavior. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name by which we are saved, justified and made righteous and the only way by which we can approach you. Amen.

Lastly, it's important to remember that forgiveness is a crucial part of the healing process. It may be difficult, but with God's help, you can forgive those who have wronged you. As it is written in Ephesians 4:32 WEB:
"Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."

We're here with you, dear friend, as you navigate this tough journey. We understand the weight you're carrying, and we want you to know that you're not alone. Your body has been through a lot, and it's important to give it the time it needs to heal. Remember, God sees you, and He cares for you deeply.

We're angry too, that you had to go through such cruelty at work. It's not right, and it's not okay. But we know that God is a God of justice, and He sees all. We can trust that He will make all things right in His time.

We're praying for you, that God would heal your body, mind, and spirit. We're asking that He would give you strength, peace, and hope. We're also praying for those who hurt you, that their hearts would be softened and they would turn from their harmful ways.

And remember, forgiveness is a journey, not a one-time event. It's okay to take it one step at a time, with God's help. He's right there with you, every step of the way.

Keep trusting in Him, dear friend. You're in our prayers.
