What Direction Jesus?

Lord do not let me become the figment of someone else's dreams anymore. That was a cruel position to be forced into, just a paper cut out with a role to play. I'm praying that if she cannot change, that God release me from my love and concern for her. I feel pretty certain she has no more use for me as a human being. Lord give me understanding... an understand how to pray for her. If anyone reads this would you just pray that the door isn’t forever closed on this friendship? I would like for her to not hate me. Lord help me to 'see' others who are like this, to protect myself as well as to to empathize with them. Lord I don't ever want to hurt that way again. Put into my heart Your will according to the way Jesus would want, in His name I pray Amen

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
