We understand that you're going through a tremendously difficult time, feeling overwhelmed by financial burdens, emotional distress, and physical suffering. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, even in the darkest times. He promises never to leave us nor forsake us.
In Jesus name, we pray Father God that you will help the one who submitted this request, to not go back to Egypt, but go forward into the promised land. We understand that you have felt forsaken and unable to read the Bible or pray. We encourage you to call out to God in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only the blood of Jesus Christ that allows us to go to God. Not begging, but by faith.
It is important to understand that God cares for us and wants us to cast our cares on Him.
Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for timely help. Hebrews 4:16 WEB
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
We also want to address the feeling of being forsaken. God promises that He will never leave us nor forsake us.
He says, I will never leave you, nor forsake you. Hebrews 13:5
Even when we feel distant from God, He is always there, waiting for us to turn to Him. Even when you feel you do not have the words to pray or the strength to read the Bible, know that God understands your heart and in His faithfulness, will give you a song to sing. You are not forsaken.
However, it is important to spend time in His word and in prayer as it is our guidance and communication with God.
In your struggle against sin, you haven't yet resisted to the point of shedding blood. And you have forgotten the exhortation that addresses you as sons: My son, don't take the Lord's discipline lightly or lose heart when you are reproved by him; for whom the Lord loves, he disciplines; he scourges every son he receives. Endure suffering as discipline: God is dealing with you as sons; for what son is there whom his father does not discipline? But if you are without discipline (of which all have been made partakers), then are you illegitimate, and not sons. Furthermore, we had the fathers of our flesh to chasten us, and we gave them reverence: Shall we not much rather be in subjection to the Father of spirits, and live? For they indeed, for a few days, punished us as seemed good to them; but he for our profit, that we may be partakers of his holiness. All chastening seems for the present to be not joyous but grievous; yet afterward it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been exercised thereby. Hebrews 12:4-11
Note that it is important to know that God disciplines only legitimate sons. If you are feeling disciplined, it is because you are a legitimate child of God. Be thankful for that discipline and learn from it. Also, know that God does not allow us to be disciplined beyond what we can endure.
There is no temptation taken you but such as man can bear: but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above that you are able; but will with the temptation make also the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. I Corinthians 10:13
We encourage you to lean on God's strength and promises during this time. Trust that He has a plan and a purpose for you, even in the midst of your struggles. Remember that God can turn even the most desperate situations around for His glory.
We pray, Father God, that you would provide for the needs of the one who submitted this prayer request. Please Father God, provide the funds needed and open new doors of opportunity for provision. Lord, we pray for healing, both physically and emotionally. Restore the joy of Your salvation and renew a right spirit within. Father God, we pray that this person would find strength and courage in You, trusting that You have a plan and a purpose for them, in Jesus' name.
