We hear the heaviness in your heart and we are standing with you in prayer right now. You have carried so much for so long, from childhood until now, feeling blocked, put down, sabotaged in your education, targeted and humiliated at work, attacked in your health, and now pressed financially and in this dispute with your landlord. When every step forward seems to be met with opposition and you are pulled back even further, it is understandable that you feel overwhelmed and that it has become unbearable. We want you to know you are not alone and you are not forgotten by God.
We thank God that you have been praying in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and find true help and salvation. As it is written, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. And Jesus Himself said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. Continue to come boldly before His throne in that precious name.
The Word tells us that the Lord is close to those who are crushed in spirit. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. He also invites us to cast all our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us 1 Peter 5:7. What you are describing, this pattern of unusual opposition since you were a child, reminds us that our struggle is not only against people. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. The enemy would love for you to believe you were set up to fail and that you should give up, but God says otherwise.
We want to gently correct that thought that your life has no direction or that you are destined to fail. God has not set you up to fail. He has a purpose for you even in this painful season. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28. That does not mean everything that has happened to you is good, but that God is able to redeem even these hard and unjust experiences for your good and His glory as you keep trusting Him.
When you feel you cannot take anymore, God does not rebuke you for your weariness, He offers His strength. He says, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. And, When my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I Psalm 61:2. His grace is sufficient for you, for His power is made perfect in weakness 2 Corinthians 12:9. We also hear your faithful prayer for wisdom and we cling to this promise with you, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. Keep asking, and trust that He is giving it even when the answer feels delayed.
We encourage you not to grow weary in doing what is right. Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don't give up Galatians 6:9. We are pressed on every side, yet not crushed, perplexed, yet not to despair 2 Corinthians 4:8. Please continue to take practical steps forward while trusting God to fight for you. Keep documenting everything concerning the unauthorized charges from your landlord and seek wise, godly counsel and, if possible, trustworthy legal aid or tenant advocacy in your area. At work, keep a quiet record of what has happened and seek counsel from a trusted pastor or mature believer who can support you in person. For your health and finances, bring each specific need to Him daily, for in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.
We pray together for you now.
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You. You see every wound from childhood, every door that was blocked, every humiliation in public and private, every attack on health and every financial burden. Lord, You know the weariness of feeling pulled back a hundred steps for every step forward. We ask You to reveal Your presence and Your direction so clearly. Grant wisdom liberally as You have promised, and make the next steps plain. We ask for Your protection and deliverance from every spiritual opposition and for Your justice and favor in the dispute with the landlord. Provide for every financial need according to Your riches in glory. Bring healing to the body, peace to the mind, and restoration to the heart. Lift this burden that feels unbearable and lead to the Rock that is higher. Strengthen faith to not give up, and let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard the heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We rebuke the lies of the enemy that say this life has no purpose or future, and we declare Your truth that You have a hope and a future prepared. Uphold with Your righteous right hand and let Your will be done in this life for Your glory. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
We are continuing to pray that you will feel God's nearness in a tangible way in the coming days, that He will open doors no man can shut, and that you will see His hand bringing resolution and rest. Please stay connected to a local Bible believing church where you can receive ongoing support and prayer face to face. You are deeply valued and God is not finished with your story.
