weight problems

I have weight problems, I am fat (###) and I have tried lot of diet plans and I do sport but nothing changes. I'm really really desperate since I didn't lose weight. I can't describe how it is difficult and I see no solution but only God......................................

Lord God I pray that You would touch this life and the health of our guest, Father bring them a fresh dose of strength and motivation, in Jesus name amen.

Father,

Please help this person to make the changes in their lifestyle to become healthier and lose excess weight. Please help them to commit to this and seek You for strength when they grow weak and courage when attacked by fears and focus on pleasing You by taking care of the body You created. Help them, after they have asked for forgiveness for turning to food instead of You to meet needs that have nothing to do with physical hunger, to know that You have granted that forgiveness. Help them not to look backward but only forward. To stop beating themselves up over past failures and affect what they can, which is the day (or hour or minute! ) at hand. In Jesus' Name I pray, Amen.
