Weight And Health

PLease pray for me that I can somehow lose all this weight before it kills me! No matter what I do I just keep gaining and gaining weight and my health is declining because of it. I also have spondylolisthesis with sciatic pain and 2 compressed vertabrae in my back that keeps getting worse because of my weight also. I have tried every diet I know of and can afford. I have done the protein diet, watching my carbs, counting calories, portions, diet pills, and even trying to eat 4 or 5 small meals a day instead of 3 regular ones! I have tried and tried but nothing seems to work!! I am limited to exercising because of my back problems and pain and that just keeps getting worse too because I keep getting bigger!! I am just over 300lbs. now and am scared and want to lose this weight so bad I do'nt know what to do. I don't have insurance so I can't afford gastric bypass or other surgeries. So PLEASE pray that I can somehow lose all this weight and get back to being healthy again. Thank You All. And God Bless Each of You!

I pray that the great physician Jesus will help you with this disease. Some people tend to judge others and put in their "2 cents worth" without knowing all the facts. If your church or a local good will can help you get a stationary bike, it will may help you. I bought one from goodwill, attached my laptop to the front and ride 1 hour a day. My health is not good, but I am able to ride the bike. I lost 60 pounds in a year. Good luck my dear and many prayers are being said for you. Christ never gave up on anything and you should not give up either..

My sister, I will give you the answer to your pain and suffering. Kneel before your Lord and beg for his healp, for his support. I invite you to put ypour troubles at his feet. I have done it and it is working, he will eventually solve my problems, I have been fasting for forty days today, during that time, I have learned a lot aboutr him and myself, and also I have lost more than twnety or thirty pounds. All my pain is gone, I am not a diabetic any more. I BARE WITNESDS TO MY LORDS MERCY AND POWER!!!! You can do it too, aks Your LOrd to heal You, tell him you will fast and pray for as long as it takes for him to heal you. Do iit with your heart though, and stick to themplan. It works, I am proof of this. Thank you My Lord Jesus You are Merciful and All mighty. Thank you Jesus in you we trust.
