Father we thank you for your many blessings, I thank you for sending your son Jesus to be our redeemer. Lord, it is because of your love for us, your unconditional love that we are still here. It is because of you Lord that the price of our sin has been paid in full. Father, though we are ungrateful and do our own thing, forgetting that we are hurting you, you still watch out for us.
Oh Father, I place myself before your throne and I ask that you forgive me for all the things that I have done that displeases you. Lord, help me to be a better person, a better wife, and that I pray and meditate upon your word more often.
Father, I pray now for your people everywhere, that they will open their hearts to you. Merciful Father, help us to overcome the urge to do as we please, to lust after the flesh and material things of the world. Father, yes, the things of the world are attractive, but help us to see Lord that those things are not of you. Lord, help us to read and understand your will for us as written in your word the Bible. Lord, we your children here on earth need you to help us, remove from our homes, offices, marriages, institutions of learning, and all over the forces of evil that continue to cause and wreak havoc in the lives of us your children.
Lord, it is not easy, Lord, some of us do not know you at all, we are so engaged in our selfish world that we think that it is okay to do the things we do. Father, some of us believe because we are getting through that the wrong we do is right. Father, I am afraid for my brothers and sisters, my husband and all the husbands and wives out there who do not know you, who refuse to hear your word, who think that serving you is lame and they have to wait until they are old and blind and close to death to start serving you. Lord, help our young people to see through your word and through your miracles that youth is not for partying and wild living and getting ahead in life but like Samuel they can serve you at a young age.
Our Father, I pray for a great change in this world, your world that my nation as well as all the nations of the world witness a revival that will shake the earth to the core. Lord, wake up your children, shake them from the complacent slumber. Let your marriages see reconciliations, let those who live for drugs now live for you, bring an end to all ungodly relationships. Lord, cleanse your houses of worship and let us believers serve with a new spirit with more zeal for your word and for you Lord.
Father, let your name be glorified in all the corners of the world. We need you Lord, we need you Father, your children are turning from you. Father, help us as we cannot do battle with principalities in high places. We cannot stand up to the enemy; only you. Father, we know the battle has been already won. Lord, hear my prayer and the prayers of all my brothers and sisters here and every person who prays and calls upon your name. This I humbly ask in Jesus wonderful name Amen.
