Weary Not Appreciated

I am feeling down in my spirit today it seems as though am not appreciated, i worked for our fulltime ministry here in houston,it appears i am blamed when its not enough funds to pay our small payroll we pay at least 4 people and sometimes we donot have enough funds to pay everyone a full salary, i just feel down i can't explain it people come to our office when they have time but still expect to get paid just pray that the Lord calm my spirit and I remain content in this situation i am just weary thank you for your prayers lanita
