We Pierced Him Again

At times we think that we were right and would take years to regret for what we said or did to our partners, I fought with my wife today as she wasn’t allowing me to do my workout and yelled at her, she simply kept disturbing me and wasn’t allowing me do anything on my own. After some time I lost my cool and yelled at her and didn’t speak with her for the rest of the day neither did she speak to me for the entire day, I felt that I was right and on the other hand she felt what she did was right – in fact who is right here, was it me or her, I don’t know? But none of us felt remorse and didn’t feel the pain of holding to our egos – though we didn’t have any pain out of our fight there is one who is sobbing due to this – our heavenly father, he is looking at both of us and he is pain due to our ego clash – we by fighting returned those nails that pierced his hands once and we just don’t care if he is in pain. How can we forget him, how can we be so unthankful – he died for us and we are again trying to bring him more pain, our Lord’s heart breaks at all divorces, we are simply bringing him hurt and pain by fighting with our partners, when you fight the next time it’s like you are taking the nail and the hammer again to pierce his hands, let pray together for the times that we fought and the times that we brought our Lord grief – please forgive us, father we pray today for all those families that are going through tough times, we pray for those husbands and wives who are not ready to give up their egos and have decided to separate – please save them by your grace, please father forgive us for the times we fought and thank you for loving us though we did bring you a lot of pain – thank you father, in Jesus name Amen
