I can relate to that request. I have a housing situation problem, not "exactly" that, but similar. A while back, because my money was slipping backwards, I tried one of those "we buy for cash" fast sales. Afterwards, I found out that there was a way around the money issues. But I was under contract to sell. The contract expired, which after that, they had no power over me. BUT they're trying to lie and say I pulled out DURING the contract. Also, taking it to court. So it's iffy how it will turn out. And I really DON'T want to move. So, similarities, and can understand your concerns. I stand in agreement with your prayer. Amen.
