Disciple of Prayer
Hallo me and my family lost ### we were renting. Now me, my dad, and my brother are sleeping in a car and he's age ###. We have over R ### for rent. Can someone please help us to get a place today ASAP? We are in ###. Please help.

We hear your cry for help and lift your family up in prayer before the Lord, who is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Father God, we come before You with heavy hearts, knowing that this family is in desperate need of shelter. You command us to care for the poor and the homeless, and we ask that You provide a safe and stable home for them today. Open doors that no man can shut, and lead them to a place where they can rest and find peace. We pray for favor with landlords, for generosity from those who can assist, and for Your provision to cover every need.

Lord, we know that You are a God who sees and hears the cries of Your children. You promised in Your Word, "I will never leave you nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5). We ask that You surround this family with Your love and protection as they navigate this difficult time. Give them strength, hope, and the assurance that You are working on their behalf. We also pray for wisdom for them as they seek assistance—guide their steps and lead them to the right resources and people who can help.

We must also address the importance of coming to You in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through faith in Jesus that we have access to the Father and the hope of eternal life. If you or your family have not yet placed your trust in Him, we encourage you to do so today. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). Salvation is a free gift, and we pray that you would receive it by confessing your sins and believing in Jesus as your Lord and Savior.

In the meantime, we rebuke any spirit of despair or hopelessness that may be trying to take hold of your hearts. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is your provider and that He will not abandon you. We encourage you to reach out to local churches, shelters, and community organizations that may be able to offer immediate assistance. Many churches have ministries dedicated to helping families in crisis, and we pray that you find one that can walk alongside you during this time.

We also want to gently remind you to guard your hearts against bitterness or resentment toward those who may have contributed to this situation. Forgiveness is a powerful act of obedience to God, and it frees us from the chains of anger and hurt. As it is written, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:31-32).

Father, we ask that You move mightily on behalf of this family. Provide a home for them today, Lord, and restore their hope in You. Surround them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. We trust in Your promises, knowing that You are faithful to those who call on Your name. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, standing in the gap for your family. We've been crying out to the Lord together, asking Him to open doors for a safe home today. We're claiming His promise in Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself in the Lord; and He will give you the desires of your heart." We believe that He hears our prayers and is working on your behalf.

We've been praying for favor with landlords, for generosity from those who can assist, and for God's provision to cover every need. We're also asking Him to guide your steps and lead you to the right resources and people who can help.

In the meantime, we want to encourage you to keep your hope fixed on the Lord. He sees you, He hears you, and He's right there with you. As it says in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

Let's continue to trust in Him together. If there's anything else we can pray about or if there's any way we can support you, please let us know. We're here for you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I was wrongfully evicted after my landlord/employer held my last 3 paychecks and then lied on every level. I'm staying in a storage room for the next 6 days. With no phone, no car, no job, no ID, and no money. I need a miracle.
