I haven't been on here much lately these past few months and this has been the worst mistake I could have made. As followers we are attacked daily and it is important for us to stand together and pray for each other. I have been going through an attack and I am still standing by the GRACE of God! Me and my family had a wreck leaving church a month or so ago and I slipped into a depression. Since then we had financial issues and I also have my elderly mother in another state I help financially. This time I couldn't do ANYTHING! I felt alone and helpless.
After a month of being tired and drained from being depressed I got back on my bible app and did a bible lesson. Everyday I would read more and more scriptures and I also started back praying throughout the day and listening to spiritual music. Then it hit me!! God didn't leave me like the enemy wanted me to think. Our Father was right there every step of the way! When I had my accident it was my fault and no one got hurt, I could have hurt someone but he was fine and he wasn't mean or anything. My insurance covered his car and got me and him a rental car. Also, even though I didn't have extra money for myself or to help my mother none of our bills went unpaid and we were ok.
Then the enemy tried to attack my marriage. I just simply stopped arguing. That's it! Don't feed into the traps that the enemy sets. I wake up every morning and get on my knees and say "Thank you Jesus for waking me up." We are children of the Lord's! I just had to remind myself of whom I belong to. I went to church this Sunday and our bishop, Bishop ###, placed his hand on my head and prayed. I feel anointed and I know Jesus wants me to get back and stay in prayer! He will never let us go nor forsake us. Yes, like brother Allen stated we will have storms but Jesus is there with us every step of the way!!!!!
