We are not perfect. Jesus is.

No one on earth is perfect. Jesus sent us here to earth, wherever we are, to be a blessing, to help others, to love those who are unloved.

Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven in perfect. Matt. 5:48

A condition of being free from all flaws or defects. Who can make us like this? Who can turn our life around?

A friend of mine said this to me. I am not perfect and never was. I said horrible things to people. I treated them like dirt. I laughed when I was not supposed to.
I have scars left by people who did me wrong. I felt horrible when I treated others the wrong way.
O God, help me please. I am undone.

Jesus alone can change us. He can make us new and ready to help others.
Come to Him just as you are.
He is waiting for you to make you a blessing to many.

Well even Christians can fall back into sin, I've heard of pastors who obviously knew the Word who had affairs, for example. We haven't gotten our glorified bodies yet, BUT I think what is the gist of Christianity is God the Father looks at us through Jesus, who paid for our sins, in other words, by accepting Him we take on His righteousness and whatever backsliding we do, it's forgiven. So we appear as perfect to God.

Amen. No we are not perfect ......For God's grace is sufficient and only because of his grace & the atonement of Jesus Christ (redeeming power) can we find favor in God our father.

Perfection is a gift coming from God. No one on earth is perfect. The ### needs the Lord so everyone who think they have power over others. May Jesus touch their hearts, mind and soul. Dear Lord, make us all perfect because Thy word say. Be thou perfect.
