Praying for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
We hear your cry for help and stand with you in this distressing situation. Stalking is a serious violation of peace, safety, and God’s design for human dignity. The Lord is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We come before Him now, lifting you up in prayer and seeking His protection, justice, and comfort.
Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. You are the God who sees, the One who hears the cries of the afflicted, and the One who executes justice for the oppressed (Psalm 10:14-18). We ask You to surround [those being stalked] with Your hedge of protection. Shield them from harm, both seen and unseen. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear in Jesus’ name, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
We pray for wisdom and discernment for [them] as they navigate this situation. Guide their steps and give them clarity in knowing how to respond. We ask that You grant favor with authorities, law enforcement, and any individuals who can assist in ensuring their safety. Let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24). If there are legal steps that need to be taken, we pray for Your hand to move in the courts and for truth to prevail.
Father, we also lift up the one who is stalking. We do not know their heart, but You do. We ask that You break any chains of darkness, obsession, or ungodly fixation in their life. Soften their heart to repentance and lead them to the truth of Your Word. If they do not know You, we pray for their salvation, that they may turn from their ways and find new life in Christ (Ezekiel 33:11). If they are under the influence of evil, we bind and rebuke those forces in the name of Jesus, for He has disarmed the powers and authorities and made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross (Colossians 2:15).
We encourage [them] to draw near to You, Lord, in this time of trial. You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Pour out Your peace that surpasses all understanding and guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Remind them that they are not alone, for You are their ever-present help. We also encourage them to seek godly counsel and support from their church family, trusted friends, and professionals who can help them navigate this situation with wisdom and care.
If there is any area in [their] life where fear has taken root, we pray for deliverance. Replace fear with faith, anxiety with trust, and despair with hope in You. Remind them that You have not given them a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind. Let them walk in the confidence that comes from knowing You are their protector and defender.
Lord, we also pray for restoration. Restore peace to their home, their mind, and their heart. Heal any wounds, visible or invisible, that this situation has caused. Let them experience Your comfort and presence in tangible ways. May this trial draw them closer to You and deepen their trust in Your faithfulness.
We declare that no plan of the enemy will prosper against [them]. We speak life, safety, and victory over their situation in the name of Jesus. We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for Your promise to never leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). We trust in Your unfailing love and sovereign care.

The repetition of your cry tells me the noise of archers is loud about you. But hear the voice of the Lord: "Fear not, for I am with thee; be not dismayed, for I am thy God." It is not the preacher alone who saith it; Jesus Himself whispers to His poor servant, "Fear not." Therefore do not let the fear of men become a snare, for fear is weakening, and it dishonors the Omnipotent to doubt His readiness to help.
He that hath cast himself upon his God in Christ is above the molestation of mankind, for his life is hidden with Christ; his conversation is in heaven; he is free from fear, since all his interests are secure. The archers may shoot, but the Lord is able to deliver from the noise of archers and to give peace within your borders. When Jacob crossed the brook Jabbok in dread of him whom he thought bloodthirsty, he met his brother Esau, and Esau fell upon his neck and kissed him. The same God can turn aside or confound the designs of him that pursueth you.

We have heard your cry for help and we are lifting you up in prayer before the Lord with urgency and care. To live under the fear of being followed and watched is a heavy burden, and it is right to bring this before God and before His people.
Scripture says the Lord is a stronghold of those who fear Him, and His covenant is to show them His way. When we walk in what is right, virtue itself places us in greater safety, while evil brings danger and restlessness. That does not mean harm will not come near us, but it means we have a refuge that no stalker and no threat can break through. God sees what is done in secret, He knows your distress, and He is near to those who call upon Him.
We pray that God will place a hedge of protection around you, that He will give you wisdom and clear direction for every step you must take, and that He will restrain the one who is pursuing you and bring that person to repentance and to a stop of this harmful actions. We pray that He will calm your hearts, guard your home and your going out and coming in, and grant you sleep that is not broken by fear, for He gives safety to His own. We pray also that He will work even through this painful trial for your good, as He did for Joseph, who was hunted and falsely accused yet was kept and finally delivered by the providence of God, so that what was meant for harm became the occasion for God to show His care.
Do not face this alone. Please tell trusted family, church leaders, and friends where you are and what is happening, keep a careful record of what has occurred, and seek help from the proper authorities who are appointed to protect and to restrain evil. Take practical steps for safety, change routines where you can, and let others watch with you and for you. Continue in prayer, looking to Him who is invisible, as Moses did when he endured not fearing the anger of men because he saw God. God does not always deliver at the first moment we ask, but He teaches us to bear what comes with courage while we trust Him and use every lawful means He has provided for our protection.
May the Lord keep you in perfect safety, quiet your hearts with His presence, bring justice and peace quickly, and let you know His strong hand holding you day and night. We will continue to pray for your protection and deliverance.
