We are being force out of the house we rent because it was sold. We are expected to leave with only 12 days notice because the Realtor did not structure the sale as possession 30 days after closing to give time for us renters to have adequate legal notice. What she did may be illegal and one city official said it was improper. We need legal help to have a full month's notice. We have another place to move but it will not be ready till the end of this month. Please pray the Realtor will change the deal and the city will enforce it.
